Most beautiful apartment with all modern fecilities. Spacious and comfortable for modern day living.

Has only 90 -100 flats so a small society. Great location as has 3 departmental stores and many more other shops like chemist, stationary, Restaurant, coffee/juice shop and other daily need shops. Nearly 40% of the flats are vacant. The flats are very spacious (3 Bedrooms). Has limited amenities like swimming pool and a small gym. A quiet society with not much frills. The rentals are also probably the lowest (Rs 40k-42K /month inclusive of society charges) in the locality.
