We had initial hiccups but we are very happy with the audiologists Monisha and Niranjan who made multiple visits to our home to make my mother aged 84 comfortable with the new Bluetooth enabled device. I appreciate their dedication and patience.
The staff and the doctor all are very friendly and supportive. They also help/assist you when you call them over the phone. We had bought a pair of Siemens hearing aid device. Servicing is required every 6 months, first one is free of cost the following are approximately Rs. 3000 (maximum), probably depending on the nature of servicing required. There is a lift/elevator which is very good for senior citizens. The interior is international standard and generally clean. Overall experiences have been good so far. Thanks to the staff!

Visited for My father's hearing issue. Altogether we had a great experience. Audiologist Ms Monisha was very patient and helpful. She shows great expertise and explains each procedure as many times needed for us to understand. My Father is is very happy with the service and also with the device suggested by her. I bought the hearing aid for my parents from Aanvii. Everyone sell the same product, but the service during and after the sale makes the difference. During and after the sale, the Aanvii staff was checking if it is suiting and no issues with the device etc. I am satisfied with the service and would recommend to anyone!

We requested for a home visit and trial of hearing aids for my elderly father and we’re extremely happy with the service and overall experience of buying the devices. I had a situation at home where I felt that my mother was experiencing hearing loss. I did not know what to do and based on a doctor’s recommendation wanted to get a audiogram done. I also wanted to explore getting her some hearing aid. I was surfing the internet and chanced upon hear.com. I contacted them, filled in a form and they said that one of their associates would contact me. An appointment was set up. On the day of the appointment, at the specified time, Ms. Mariot from Anvii Hearing Care, Marathahalli called me and came over to my home for the audiogram. She followed all the safety, hygiene, and social distancing protocols as well. She did the audiogram, suggested few things for us to do and gave us a trial piece for my mother to try on. She left it with us for almost 5 days. Intermittently She would call and check how my mother was doing with it.
We finally decided to purchase the machine. She was quite eager to explain different types of machines to us and recommended one that she felt would suit my mother. She was very thorough in her approach. She neither pushed us to buy it nor did she oversell it. In any case, we had decided in favour of purchasing the machine. Next time, she came on time again and delivered the machine to us. After few weeks, she followed up again and came to recalibrate the machine because the ear wax issue for my mother was solved by then. She did it wonderfully, recalibrated the machine and brought it to us.
One of the wonderful things about her is that she explains things, and is very polite. She has a pleasant demeanour and is easy to converse with. She takes interest and initiative to explain to the person the features of the device. She did not rush into anything related to purchase or the audiogram. She had come well prepared. Most importantly, she answered all my questions with enormous patience. The service has been exemplary. I had called Anvii Hearing care in between for some help and the manager was equally helpful. Should someone need help of such kind, please do not hesitate to contact them.
Extremely good service and we are very much satisfied and happy with Dr Mariot. She gave enough time to help patient and make them happy and comfortable with hearing aid. We all are very much thankful to her.

During audio gram check, the audiologists recommend certain types of hearing aids. The recommended one will not work. You have to go for more than dB from the audiogram report which will amplify well. Also never recommend Seimens hearing aids from them. They're mostly refurbished or the defects. It's last for a year. Servicing hearing aids is poor. Phonak hearing aids is very good but they've only Seimens. Audiologist and staff's are courteous.
Very good experiences with Dr. I already had consultation I went for 2nd opinion for my ear. That it's fine or not. She explained very well and she didn't take any charges. Which I saw 1st time from any Dr. Thanks to her
They talk politely but their solutions doesn't work, 1.they suggested siemens device after taking trail for 1 week, we came to know its a defective piece, one more device also we took same problem, i would suggest dont buy siemens,
2. They are not expert, after manual audio gram they identified as 65 points they gave device near to that value, but other doctors told we should take for atleast 90 points support ing device, this 65 units device not amplifying for our requirement and could not hear during trail period
We have visited the Aanvii Hearing care center, so we took the instrument. Anju Madam was testing each ear and give good for them.this is good place to take or buy an instrument near marathahalli.
I visited for my mother, as she not able hear properly, here services are v fine and doctor Anju suggested us good hearing device in my budget, now my mother is feeling comfortable
The clinic is very professional audiologist and staff, was not satisfied much with the hearing aid initial 2 to 3 days, audiologist requested me to continue using the hearing aid for 1 month and now I'm very happy to use the hearing aid and I'm hearing well. Thank you AANVII HEARING CARE.
