Had a very good experience. Called customer number inquiring for aids for my father and they provided all required information, scheduled appointment for home visit. The doctor audiologist also very polite and assisted with fitting. They followed up on the inquiry periodically and it was very timely support. They also ensured they kept my informed for delays in visits from their side. Overall good experience and i will recommend to others.
I took my 75-year-old mother to the clinic. The doctor was very understanding and made tests which detects how much percentage is the hearing loss. After that she gave us various option for selection unit. Once we selected we were asked to come after 2 days to pick the hearing aid units. That day she explained in detail on how to use and take precautions. Very pleasant experience.

They are very friendly. Since my dad was not able to walk, I had booked for home testing. They were patient in understanding our problem and suggested the best device. I had first used the Whitefield service center. That was also good, but in General all Aanvii Hearing Solutions are good in dealing with the patients
Excellent service by both the audiologist and the receptionist. Audiogram was done patiently and suggestions are given based on the results. Questions are answered patiently answered. They don't rush to close the case just to attend the next case. Hearing loss explained well. And tuning was done based on feedback. Knowledgeable audiologist.
