AARTHI SCANS & LABS INDIRANAGAR DIAGNOSTIC CENTER

Faulty machine, no one values your time and keeps you waiting indefinitely even after an appointment via Medibuddy.
Waste of time and money!

They send blood samples and other samples unsafely through a porter guy who doesn't have any ice packs nothing. They don't have testing centre here and the samples need to be sent to Jayanagar. It takes more than 1 hour to reach Jayanagar

NEVER EVER get your blood tests or any sort of tests done here. What you get here is all false reports.

I had taken my mom for CT scan, the process took me around 3 hrs and throughout the process the staff were kind and friendly and explained each and every detail of the procedure. Totally recommending this place for any kind of scans/x rays for both price wise and friendly staff.

Thanks for Aarti scans for such an good experience we visited for MRI.they charged reasonable comparing to other labs.and staff also very politely with us.

My worst experience in a diagnostic centre was when there was no proper guide to assist me. I had to wait for hours before someone acknowledged my presence, and even then, I found myself in a state of confusion about the procedures I needed to follow. The staff were disorganized, and it was evident that they lacked proper training on how to handle patients. The whole experience left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the service provided. It was a clear sign that the diagnostic centre needed to improve its customer service and ensure that everyone who visits is given proper guidance.charges also very expensive compared to others.

Everything was ok except there was plenty of mosquitos which made us go and stand outside please look into this

This branch of Aarthi scans is worst. Though the staff were good but the Radiologist who did my scanning was rude and arrogant. If your Radiologist is SIMRAN TALWAR, then please don't go for the scanning, she'll not do the scanning properly and she'll simply put in the report as "organ not visualized". When asked, she started shouting on us and THREW MY REPORT.
Even other staff members were scared of talking to her, she's so damn arrogant.

Extremely bad experience. They don’t value your time at all. They will keep on moving you here and there. No one will talk to you in english or hindi. They will talk to you in kannada only. The area is dirty and no professionalism is there from the staff.

I am writing the review while I am at the centre. It is a very well maintained diagnostic centre with professionals handling every aspect of testing. Their helpline number is active and helpful. I received a blank report the first time. After calling the helpline number, recieved it in a matter of minutes. The receptionists are welcoming and accomodating. The blood sample collection nurse is very skilled at the work. Highly recommended for all tests treatment wise and affordability wise as well.

Service was really good and superb compare to other staffs thilaka madam was the best and was very kind nd humble and guided us a lot, I will really refer my friends

Worst lab I have ever seen in my life. The receptionist is very rude. We have booked through Mfine app and done the lab tests while billing at lab they are not accepting the payment was asking money again and again. After I have shown my payment receipt to them they are not accepting as they are already partner of Mfine. After 1 hour they said ok you can go. Once I started the vehicle again stopped me and saying You can't leave till the payment is not credit in our account. Non profational people works there. Very rude behaviour. I have a doubt they are giving correct report also. Anyway will suggest not to go there.

Worst experience with the Aarthi Lab Indiranagar Receptionist. Went there for USG booking online. Even after showing payment details, invoice and order ID they kept on asking for payment details more than 10 minutes in my 20 minutes of scan appointment. Even after clearing things out they got so confused halted my vehicle and asked me to not to leave before payment confirmation. Pathetic staff, do not even know what to check for! REDICULOUS! One suggestion please train your Staffs. And people who are seeing this think 10 times before visiting there.
Since I am not able to reply to the message received from the Lab! DO NOT say words which are not true to keep your false reputation! I DID NOT provide any other number

Simple blood test is taking 2 days to generate reports! There is no communication on mobile, mail on reports part. I dont think I will go again to this lab again as other places it takes half day to get reports where as here it takes more than 2 days!

Service was excellent iam so happy all d staff are very cooperative, Uma s guided a lot.especialy thilaka madam was very kind nd helped nd guided me a lot.only because of her service iam getting my brother in law.once again thank u madam.

The three lab technicians in the blood collection lab were very polite today, n gave fast response when I went today for doing checkup, I'm pretty happy today as the technician at Aarthi labs who took my blood sample did it very skillfully n carefully! One poke, n it was painless.
Really appreciate the care and professionalism and thanks to Mr Hari was taking care of every one with professional.

It has been a great experience while scanning self at Aarti scans, Indiranagar, Bangalore. Mr Hari has made the process simple and easy with assisting at every stage. Would like to thanks him for his support and care while undestanding the timelines also.

Had a good experience here, than any other diagnostics, good service provided at a reasonable price, it was little delayed, even though I told my mother was a wheelchair patient, was worried until Doppler test happen, but very Happy for the test, well done. Thank you.

Lab Technician Ms Anthony was really excellent in terms of withdrawing blood. The experience was really good, I have never seen such dedication at this level of job. I would recommend all the people to ask for her if they don't want to experience any pain in thr process of blood test.

Smooth process, didn't have to wait much for my scan, had to wait a little to get the films, reports also received on time, price of scan with detailed study/report reasonable, covid appropriate behavior is followed strictly by majority of the staff.

Done my RT PCR test here for travel purpose. Paid Rs 800. Other labs are cheating the people by charging Rs 2000. A diagnostic centre on Kamanahalli rd next to Empire is one of them who is ripping the people.

Aarti scans is very organized and the staff are very helpful and prompt to explain things. This place is very crowded, but one can understand why.

I have been there yesterday for the RT-PCR test as i will be flying to dubai the staff were very kind and helping nature especially Ms. Anthony you took my test was very caring and Helpful.i would highly recommend this center for any test.

This is my second vist to this lab, Neat and clean, good experienced technicians. Mr. Hari co-ordinated well for the tests. Will recommend this lab to my relatives and friends. Keep doing the service.

Every poor management. I had to get a full-body checkup, and I specifically asked the receptionist if all the doctors were available on Sunday, for which they told me yes. Half the doctors who were supposed to be doing my tests were not available when I went there. I also booked the appointment at 8, and the doctors turned up at 10!
And after they did all the tests, the nurses will take you to a room and literally force you to rate them 5.
Else the doctors are lovely.

Was very good. For health check ups, one has to wait for USG beyond 9.30am, then go for coffee or breakfast, then come for ppbs after 1 1/2hours. If a person comes at 7, he can leave at 12. USG can start atleast at 8 am.

Umadevi: Very good service. We have taken jana seva Diamond package for my whole family. I am really satisfied with the staff and and their service. Staff Kandan sir and Umadevi was very helpful, polite and explained everything clearly as we had to do many tests. They were with us till we complete all our tests. I would suggest this diagnostic centre to visit if you want take your family members especially elders. Just go for it.

There is a lot of improvement at the lab since my last visit. The token system helps in regulating the crowd and things are happening much faster than earlier. The staff is very polite and helpful. I want to thank each and every staff at Indiranagar branch who rushed to help me and my son today. I was too stressed to ask anyone's name. But, thank you very much. Appreciate it.

Edited: Came here for full body checkup on Sep 25,2021, organized by my company. All the tests and scans were completed without any hassles, and the nurses and guide were cooperative and pleasant.
However, I was informed I'll get the results on the same day evening via email, and an online doctor consultation will be scheduled as part of the package shortly afterwards.
The day passed, no results. I waited for Sunday, no results. Then I called their helpline number, and they gave another number, where I called twice, and eventually they send me the results on Sep 27 evening.
After this, I called them multiple times enquiring about doctor consultation. It's been more than a week (submitting this review on Oct 4,2021), and still no doctor consultation. Last I heard from them after multiple follow ups was that they will schedule it.
After the pleasant experience on Sep 25, I'm still awaiting to hear what my blood test and scan results mean, and this is really disappointing!

One of the worst labs in Bangalore. I booked full checkup for morning 9am for my elderly parents. There was sugar test involved so they went without eating anything. They did the test at 11 am. Both my parents are ill because of that experience.

While the people who have booked tests were hungry waiting for test the staff were having their breakfast and joking around. No customer service, rude staff and absent doctors and nurses.

One of the best and affordable labs in Bangalore. Have been here for few tests and scans, it had been done in a good manner. Staffs were very polite and have good experience in the field they are hired for. Thilaka Mam and Kannan Ramanujam helped me throughout and they both helped me in getting my tests done at a very short time. Special thanks to them.
Would recommend this lab to all looking for their tests to get done.

Worst service i booked health package home collection appointment given 8-9am dint provide service Waitied till 10.30am patient was diabetic got into trouble please do give appointments only if you can provide service there are many service providers if not you very disappointed

Very good experience with all tests and scans. Jayalakshmi and Lavanya very very patient and nice manasa was very good with ECG. Sadhana, who handled x-ray was really helpful:) Gayathri (corporate executive) assisted me with the whole process and made it hassle free. Thankyou very much.
