AARTHI SCANS & LABS KORAMANGALA DIAGNOSTIC CENTER

They change very low in Bangalore, I went for MRI scan. They charged 3750/- only (for knee)
Where some are changing 7500. And some are 12000/-.
Simply giving 1 star is not good, yes u have to wait for 1-2 hours.
If u want to save money then spend 2 hour, if u have money then look for bigger hospital.
Don't blame them.

Absolutely nonsense lab. Total mismanagement. We waited for approximately 40 minutes near the reception area and then we were told to go to the first floor and wait there where we saw two patients were waiting. We have waited for more than 2 hours in the first floor for our scan to be done and it was not even crowded. The floor has a small room to change in the lobby which is pathetic since the patient needs to come out in the lobby and then walk till the lab room.
There is also no arrangement for parking.
Do not recommend for people who are coming by private vehicles. If it was possible I would have given -10.

They don't follow appointment schedule. My appointment was from 8-9. But non one was available and they don't attend queries properly.

Price is great compared to hospitals and other clinics. I paid around ₹2800 for MRI. Located on main road and connectivity is good to this place. Procedure took around 1 hour. Staff is knowledgeable.

Indra Nagar lab is a very good lab. When we went for the test, the machine of the test was not working. Please put up centers in all major locations in karnataka like hsr layout sarjapura road etc

The wait time was too long, as they kept saying the MRI machine wasn't working well. Also too many patients but too less of staffing. The price is less for the scans and tests.

I am not interested to give one star also,
Here they don't even care about the patient and will be busy in gossiping and one of the worst service, they will test your patience level
Please train all the employees how to behave in working environment

Worst worst ever experience. They claim they are cheap and also their service is cheaper, Ultra Sound costed 1100, there is a saying that cheap things are never in good quality, I would rather pay extra and go to Magnus. They are best and far better than this place. Totally a thumbs down.

Quality tests at cheap price. Went for EEG for my mother, The cost for the test is super cheap compared to other labs in Bangalore. Lab is clean & well maintained.

It is Good place for scanning.

Cost is also less compared to other scan center.

They will do Quick scanning and provide reports soon.

Terrible experience:

First they sent me to a wrong location in 8th block and wasted my time.

Secondly: then when I arrived at this relocated center they made me wait unnecessarily.

Thirdly the washrooms were unhygienic and a breeding ground for infection.

Fourthly, the technician didn’t even care to roll a fresh sheet on ECG bed when I specifically pointed out that the sheet has gel on it from the previous patient’s test.

Fifth, the ECG equipment didn’t seem to be sterilised after every use. These also had blobs of gel on them.

Sixth, I was asked to remove my foot ware outside the door and walk on dirty floor. This is when all the staff was coming in and out with their all day footwear (not maintaining a separate footwear meant for lab use only and not outdoors).

Seventh, there’s no concept of appointment. To add even then people entering building after you can get their tests done before you! How? Nobody even bothers who came first and who came later.

Overall worst experience and I left feeling unhygienic and wasted 4.5 hours in the building of which around mere 30 mins was spent on performing test. I was dying of hunger pangs since I had to be on 8-12 hours fasting which ended up being 16 hours of fasting for me.
