I was suffering from Frozen Shoulder for the last one year, I took allopathic and ayurvedic treatment for the same, but did not find any significant improvement in my condition. One of the Doctor suggested surgery but I was quite reluctant and unsure about it, I decided to start with Physiotherapy and started my treatment with one of the Physiotherapist, but it was not up to the mark, there was no concern for the patients, then I got to know about Aastha Physiotherapy clinic at Ganeshpur now It's been five months that I am undergoing treatment at Aastha clinic, and I am happy that my condition has improved a lot. In the first month itself I could find the difference in my health, daily tasks which I was finding impossible to do were now possible. Dr. Karuna is a very humble and a dedicated Physiotherapist. The thing that stands out the most is her patience, kind hearted nature and concern for the patients.
