The place in and around the stay is good. There’s a pleasant stream walkable from the stay. The rooms which we stayed were deluxe room and it was okayish but well maintained. The services were quick during campfire. The food was limited with no much options. Whatever served was decent.

We booked 3 nights here at the ‘Glass House Suite with Balcony View’, from the 21st to 24th December, however, on our arrival at the resort, we were informed that the suite allotted to us is being used by other guests who were scheduled to check-out only the next day. I was extremely disappointed with this and firmly expressed it to Sanjay, who I believe is the owners son. Sanjay accepted it was their mistake and apologized for it. He offered us the ‘VIP’ suite for a night and assured to compensate us with a discount for their mismanagement in room allotment. We had no other option as we drove 6 hours from Bengaluru; we were tired and needed a room to rest. I declined their discount offer as my family’s comfort is priority (money isn’t a concern to me), so we ended up in the ‘VIP’ room, which we never wanted. This room is big in size, however, the faucets in the toilet need immediate attention, and the minor gaps on the tiled roof allow easy access to a swarm of insects. Hot water tap pressure is so slow that it took 10 minutes to just fill one bucket of hot water. The shower is no better; a shower under this pressure will take you an hour for a complete shower. The VIP room we got was overall not satisfactory at all. We spent an entire day and night here, and got our allotted room (Glass House Suite) only the next afternoon, after the previous guests left. This was the only disappointing factor for us, it took a toll on us as 1.5 days off our 3 days was ruined in an uncomfortable stay. Once we moved to the Glass house Suite with Balcony View, it was brilliant. The room is huge, the faucets in the toilet work to the tee, and there is hot water 24/7 with good pressure. This is because it’s a new building, therefore, it’s well kept. Despite all the mess with the incorrect room allotment, the team working there changed our outlook from disappointment to content. Customer service here is excellent! The boys working here are very dedicated and customer centric. Nandheesh, Josvin, Ashok etc, are some of the wonderful folks who helped us. We also went on a jeep ride to visit some of the tourist spots nearby. This was arranged by Ashok, who engaged a tour guide named Naveen. He took us for a jeep ride for 2 days to show us some wonderful spots at proximity to the resort, all of this for a very nominal cost. He explained in detail about the history of those spots and his experiences as a guide. It was fun and memorable! Immensely thank Naveen for all his assistance! Anyone having a problem with the food here need to revisit their taste buds. The delicacies are typical Malnad style, where you have a bit of necessary spice and salt. Not too much, neither too less, just right. I see some reviews here of people who complain about the food. They are perhaps uninformed about Malnad delicacies. A special mention to both the Chefs (Micheal and another individual, who’s name I cannot recollect, sorry) at the resort who really made us drool with every dish. We’re coming back someday for more! A private water stream right within the resort premises. You’ll need to trek down a bit. Not recommended for the aged as getting back up can be a bit taxing, at least it was for us being in the 40-age bracket. An Infinity pool with a wonderful view to the mountains and coffee estate. They have many more activities for indoor and outdoor games, but we ventured to explore nearby spots outside the resort for most of our stay. In short, you have enough here to keep yourselves engaged. To conclude – I’m not going to rate them down for the room allotment mismanagement on the first day as their team compensated the mishap by delivering customer service above and beyond our expectations. However, I request the resort management to be cautious of this henceforth as not many customers will be accommodating as we have been. Nonetheless, your customer service, food, and hospitality stood out so loud that I must overlook the cons. I would certainly come back here another time! Thanks for everything and good luck!

The Aayana Valley resort is an excellent destination for relaxation and enjoyment with friends and family. It boasts breathtaking views, top-notch services, and delicious cuisine.

It was nice experiance amidst the coffee plantation, mountains, stream, chirping of birds. Apart from that hospitality was very good by shyam, arjun, sathish & venkatesh. The food cooked by Umesh was delicious & sufficient. The Manager Ashok guided us & also arranged vehicle for us to visit nearby sightseeing sights. Totally we enjoyed.

Great place to stay with awesome view for very much affordable price. The staff were so friendly. I loved the karaoke set you had which added more spirit to our staycation

Aayana Valley is a fantastic resort, offering excellent services, delicious food, and a perfect ambiance for chilling out and having fun.

Horrible place - absolutely waste of money and time. There are multiple options in Chikmanglur which are far better for the same money who provide better service. Do not visit or if you end up there due a constraints like we had - try to avoid the plan altogether. You will not regret not being there.

The owner runs it for reasons best known to him - its definitely not customer delight or service. Location is good, however property is not maintained well at all. Rooms are basic like a lodge - not clean - water problems. Food is below average, unhygienic.

Staff is ok because everything else is an issue.

Do not put yourself through this torture.

Food is good, nice ambiance, I liked morning walk in there private stream.
But rooms was not well cleaned and no staff to recive when we arrived and no reception to enquiry.

Aayana Valley. A place to get energified and exhausted with all your tensions. Go to the valley you will always be in jolly.
Kailash mithun and Ajay did excellent staffing, service was superb. Especially Ajay and Kailash was very enthusiastic, Mithun was dancing and enjoying. All these things made us very comfortable and we enjoyed to the core.
Food was very nice, excellent ambiance.at last we did not get Gulab jamoon hope next time i get it as part of Buffet.hahahah
Bonfire and Music were extraordinary

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the entire property of Aayana valley feel the green land and cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. They have a private water stream which is very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. Over all it was a great experience.

Food: tasty. They can cook dishes as per our requirement.
Network: you don't get any network signals here. But high speed free wifi is available.

What an amazing place to stay. Family n friends' chillout hault. Food has it's own charm and aroma. Nothing atall to dislike.

Not at all worth for the money we are paying. Service is worst, buffet is like normal lunch and dinner, and for any extra food items you buy they will charge huge money for it. Breakfast also with one or two items, evening snacks are not good. Room service, housekeeping, etc are totally worst. No campfire, no rain dance, We visited in April 2022, very bad experience, suggest to try or look for some other options

An awesome place to rest relax and unwind in the lap of nature. We loved the scenic beauty, enjoyed the beautiful kodige falls and had a refreshing morning walk in the coffee plantation. Evening they had organized a barbecue and had a nice bonfire. The staff are courteous and the food was tasty. Overall had a great experience nd would recommend for a peaceful and fun weekend getaway

There are rooms available from basic to VIP stays. No matter which rooms we choose they make sure to give the same service to everyone. Ppl are very kind and helpful.

It was an amazing experience. Aayana valley is perched in the middle of valley where we can witness nature closely as she blossoms forth in front of your eyes. We enjoyed the stay in luxurious valley view room, comfortable, clean and tidy with a high quality service. Staffs were incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. And more over the food was extremely delecious. It was an ausome experience. Aayana Valley is the Best.

One of the best vacations i have had with family. The resort is well maintained, awesome food, supportive and courteous staff. Ideal place to relax during the weekend, easy 5 hour drive from bangalore.we had fun at the waterfalls, had morning walk in the plantation, had barbecue party at night.overall a great experience

It's a beautiful homestay with nature all around and the trek in the coffee plantation is absolutely therapeutic
