Worst experience. Pathetic behaviour. Plz be careful about this paediatric. He is out & out to make money, you spend 500 just for consultation but you get to hear rude response.
We also spend our hard earned money & precious time and come to you to address our children issues, treat us with some respect. If you can not give time for the money you charge them don’t take appoint.
You wear 2 masks and talk so fast as and expect us to understand as if we are expert in your subject, what do you think?
Have some respect for your profession.
You run the clinic without giving us invoice, no accountability to govt. This has to be reported.

Worst, Pathetic experience.
Never ever go this so called paediatric. Pathetic paediatric.
We pay Rs. 500 consultation charges without any bill/invoice but the not worth it the amount of time he gives to explain and listen to us?
He talks so fast we cannot understand, and when we ask him to clarify, he says we are F…. K his time. Is this the way a pediatrician talk to parents? If you can’t spare time to explain then why do take the appointment.
How much money you want to earn? At whose cost?
You don’t have basic respect to talk to parents?

We have been very lucky to come across Dr. Madhu Patel. He had been very helpful with most of my child's medical and health related issues. The doctor is one of the best paediatrician in town which means his clinic is generally packed, so the only issue I felt was that walk-ins are not always entertained and you have to book an appointment online through Syntagi. Will not recommend the clinic for emergency cases.

This clinic is very worst.becoming very much money minded.not attending any serious cases. I request Doctor to have some humanity and take serious and emergency cases. I request all not the go this clinic for any emergency cases. There are cruel and very money minded.

Clinic itself is money minded.doctor please have some humanity on emergency cases worst clinic I never seen in my life.

So lazy not taking seriously any cases my baby very emergency but is not attending immediately is told me to wait so please I'm requesting all don't go here to any emergency cases I think all cases go to Sach a any good doctors.

GETTING APPOINTMENT IS LITTLE BIT DIFFICULT INDICATES THE POPULARITY OF THE DOCTOR. IT IS BETTER TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE. V HAVE SHOWN OUR GRAND CHILDERNS REGULARLY. IF THEY CAN ARRENGE THE SEATING ARRENGEMENTS FOR THE PATIENTS WAITING WILL B HAPPY TO WAIT.

This clinic doesn't provide sitting arrangements for the parents and also for the sick kids. No shelter during the sunny or rainy day. The staffs doesn't even allow to sit inside the clinic.

During the pandemic, it's not a suggested clinic to visit, especially with your young ones.

I have only good things to say about Dr. Madhu Patel. I have never seen a doctor who comes across as simple and as friendly as you. A great doctor and a great human being. Thank you

Dr. Madhu Patel approach is different from other doctors. Very friendly and explains the symptoms well. I have come across doctors treating symptoms without diagnosing the cause. He is good at diagnosing and prescribing treatment accordingly.
My kids also feel comfortable with him.

Dr. Madhu Patel is an excellent and exceptional Paediatrician. He is the best and in my case he is seeing my son since my child was of 12 days. I know Dr Madhu Patel from years (almost around 18 years now). He is not just a doctor but an awesome human being. He gives his best from listening to your concern to treating the illness. Every time I visit India I visit him as I have a 3 year old daughter. Thanks for reading, I could go on saying awesome things but that will never be enough to describe how good a doctor he is. All I want to say is he is the best doctor in town.

I met Dr. Madhu Patel in 2007 when my son was 3 months kid. He was referred by one of my close friend. Yes, the doctor makes us to wait for sometime everytime we went. But we never ever came out disappointed or with I'll feelings about him or his treatment suggestions for curing the illness of my kids. I trust him and proudly say that he is my kids doctor. Today also my son Vismay who turned 13 years gets some health issues and he will only ask me to take to Mr. Madhu sir, to whom my kids say doctor uncle. Such a nice behaved gentlemen is our doctor who never hurts anyone with his behavior. I still remember an incident about 12 years back when my son fell down on glass and got cuts in his hips. We rushed to his clinic and there were so many patients. Dr. Madhu, refused to treat my son in clinic and suggested us to take him to B M Hospital. It was around 9.30 pm and we rushed to BMH. Surprisingly Dr. MP had already called the hospital and instructed the treatment. Unfortunately my son was not responding to anaesthesia and treatment was not possible. You won't believe that our Madhu doctor has come to BMH and stayed with us till later midnight, stitched the wound and ensured that treatment was done.
We have such good experience with Dr. Madhu during many instances when my daughter got dengue fever my son treated for food infection, etc.

He was a good doctor. A good counselor to parents if they have children. Teach parents about child health in detail. I mean, if there is a doctor in Mysore today who can calmly address the questions that are on the minds of parents in the midst of a doctor who is only diagnosed with child illness at the moment, then Dr. Madhu Patel sir tops the list.

Dr Madhu Patel is one of the good paediatrician in Mysore city. His way of communicating with kids are so nice and his treatment was awesome and trust worthy. He solves some major health issues of My kids.

Doctor does detailed examination. No hurry like other doctors. Encourages questions and answers all the questions in detail. Gives proper suggestions. Moreover he builds confidence in new mommies.
Doctor also prescribes medicines wisely and explains about the medicines.

Hello to the once who render inappropriate comments about a gem of a person.children who visits Dr Madhu Patel are truly blessed, according to us we have high regards towards his commitment and perseverance.we are overwhelmed the way he talks to the parents and the little one s.he unnecessarily doesn't provoke to give them medication's. His thoughts are transparent.hope people understand the commitment and passion for what ever he is doing. I think people who speak negative are the ones who radiate the bad vibes.don't worry Dr Madhu you are the best Dr ever we have come across.high regards to you from our family too.

We have been associated with Dr. Madhu Patel from past 17 years for both my children. Doctor was never wrong in treating our children. Moreover he is very kind, affectionate and friendly which kids need most when they are unwell. He helped us online even when we are abroad.

I have had a very good and pleasant experience with Dr. Madhu patel. Waiting time is little more but that's because he spends considerable time with each patient to understand the symptoms and make parents understand of the solution.

Waiting time is more, even if you have an appointment, not suitable if your kid needs immediate attention, charge a premium for Vaccines, it will cost you more than what you get in Apolo -BGS and Columbia Asia. No swiping machine, even during demonetization time.
Comes to the best part, Madhu Patel is one of the greatest kids doctors in Mysore. The single star is for the doctor, Please arrange below for the sake of the parents
1) Please arrange a Swiping Machine
2) Reduce the waiting time for the Kids who need immediate attention
3) Since you are charging a premium for Vaccines, please maintain online medical records for vaccination
4) Please be available in other good hospitals

Horrible receptionist, priorities given to the known people than the sick, if your child is really sick don't go there, you might end waiting infinitely while known people might get priorities for a simple vaccination than a sick child, Dr knows what is happening, and clearly mentions that it is his wish, if you are a stranger he may not listen to you as to what medication already given, lot of antibiotics and brufen loaded syrup (be ware of kids liver and kidney) for cold and fever which did not help much, 400 rupees is his consulting charge. I had a horrible experience and vowed not to go there again.

Good doctor for kids. I felt the consultation fee is bit on higher side, but good care and consultation for kids. Won't give medicines unnecessarily. Appointments are necessary. Most of the days this place is crowded. You will find pharmacy, rest room and feeding room inside the clinic. Parking nearby is bit difficult sometimes.

As for the doctor I would recommend u to go to him and would give an absolute 5 stars
But the staff he has right from the watchman who follows around to take money from the customers till the arrive at their vehicle to the receptionist who is very rude and does not know how to talk to patients and also does not receive the calls made to book appointment plus she is partial as well who sends patients in to the doctors room based on her favourites and if asked she starts fighting and further delays our turn to meet the doctor
The other lady the aaya who is kept their to assist the doctor with checking the babies weight and height is also very rude she doesn't allow the kids to play at the play room and scolds them and also distracts the guardians of the patient who are listening to the doctor.
