Abbikallu Homestay

This is the best ever homestay I have ever visited in my lifetime. Owner of the homestay Mr. Eshwar Gowda is gem of a person and he gives the best possible hospitality and comfort required for a homestay. He even accompanied us to many places and he was more than a guide and caretaker for us. Thank you so much for such a wonderful hospitality

Friendly owner, very good food.though we went during rainy season, we enjoyed a lot.morning breakfast, afternoon lunch, evening snacks and tasty coffee, night dinner everything tasty and perfect.

Owner is really good along with entire staff. Food is homely, very nice location. Rooms are really clean. And they take us out by Jeep for the views and falls which is included in the package. Overall it was nice experience

We were a group of 8 friends with 3 kids from Bangalore stayed for 2 nights in this beautiful property in the middle of coffee estate! A calm property with the best hospitality from Prajwal and Harish. They were flexible enough to fulfil all our requirements. It's very close to waterfalls, trek points and beautiful and breathtaking view points. They also have kayaking, zip line and mud volleyball behind their property and it's a must have fun. If your are looking for good food, decent accommodation, and best hospitality, - you are at the right place. Thank you Prajwal and Harish for such good weekend trip! Definitely we would love to be back there.

One of the best home stay we ever stayed. Great hospitality and service. Prajwal and his father was very caring, humble, down to Earth never seen such a people in my life. And prajwal came along with us for trekking to bandaje and helped us alot. When it comes to food taste and the quantity they provide was excellent. I would definitely visit again.

I can just say you it is the best! Their rooms, hospitality, food was everything was excellent. Loved this place and if you are planning any vacation trips in and around sunkasale/ kalasa ABBIKALLU HOMESTAY is one and they also provide facilities like mudgames, zipline, kayaking, campfire etc. All thanks to Eshwar Sir (Owner), Prajwal and Parishad for making our stay and trip a memorable one.

Had a two days stay at Abbikallu Homestay, the host was very generous and took care of us very well, also he sent his Son to guide us on the Bandeja falls trek as it was raining heavily.
They provided nice home made food, all were very good as well and the stay was comfortable.

This is the best homestay. It's around 4kms from Rani Jhari Coffee Shop. Owner are super friendly & they don't treat you like guest, they treat you like their family members. Kudos to Prajwal & Parikshit. I'm sure your Homestay will grow leaps & bounds in future.

Excellent food and hospitality. The view, the games, and facilities make this place an absolute beauty.

It was a very homely experience. Eshware gowdru, parikshit, prajwal and Harish takes care of the guests like family members. Food was awesome, and to mention glass fish sambar and Gobi manchurian was amazing. The pond water is clean, we enjoyed swimming, kayaking and Zipline there. Totally, we had a wonderful experience staying at abbikallu homestay.

To be honest, these people are really good in terms of hospitality, cleanliness and what not. Food (many varieties) here is top notch and they've maintained it very well; even though I had brought my tent (they too have tents and mattress) they've really given all the facilities at reasonable price. However, try to book rooms as temperature keeps changing out. Got to know them through Mahesh anna (Rani Jhari coffee shop) and my regards to Parishath, Prajwal and uncle who were really amazing.

Abikallu homestay will be your home in no time. Ishwar gowdru is such a caring personality, he treats everyone as his family. Prajwal manages the place pro actively with lot of adventure activities and trekking. We were not opted for the activities, We had a plans of exploring the nearby places by ourselves, ishwar sir insisted and sent Ravi with us to guide and show the places. He helped us in showing all the places and trekking. Food was amazing and I always believe it's people who make differences and I met one such family here. I will visit here again.

Very nice hospitality, good food (local cuisine 10/10) and cleanly environment. I can say worth of money, we loved the mud game, water activities and next day morning jeep ride to multiple places. Over all it was an awesome experience, I ll definitely suggest people to go and enjoy the nature. Thanks Prajwal.

Best Place to stay. Owner Mr. Iswar Gowda Himself came with us for trekking, which is not done by other home stays. It was life time experiance to us.

Mr. Harish Our guide for trek was so helpful and supportive for us to complete trek with ease. Evrything was as mentioned in package: Meals, sightseeing, campfire, music, nature stay.

Celebrated 2020 New Year with very wonderful people over there. Had a very good accommodation, food and adventure experience. They have planned the arrangements and everything so perfectly. Especially we loved the homely food cooked by Amma. Would love to visit this place again!

It was a beautiful experience.amazing ppl, amazing weather, great food, what more is required for a weekend getaway! Definitely worth the money paid.
It was more like visiting relatives than strangers place, the family there showed great hospitality with care.
We visited Rani jarri and uncle personally came along with us a guide and was with us through out the trek.
It was fun playing with chintu, Jimmy and Rocky, the pets there.
The whole family took very good care of us until we left the place.

Good food n hospitality

It felt like home here. View looks very fine and amazing from here. You can stay and enjoy the weather far from noise and traffic of Bangalore. We went for open Jeep ride to see waterfall and peak point. Next day we went for kayaking, played mud volleyball. Caretaker were guiding us. They are very sweet and helpful. If you want to spend your weekend calmly and chilling, highly recommended from my side. Best part of my journey was food, I had the best food here in South till now.

We were a group of 8 friends (4 girls & 4 boys) who visited this property last weekend. Away from all the stress we hold, this Place is in the middle of coffee plantation is very peaceful. Very comfortable rooms, neat & clean washrooms. Food served was good and Tried some malnad cuisine (must try) We Visited to the nearby waterfalls and had so much of fun. Short trek, 3 km away from the homestay was also refreshing. They arranged barbecue at the night along with campfire & music. One of the best activities of the trip was MudVolley - Do not miss that.
Caretakers were very helpful. Cheers!
