Had a terrible experience with Dr Priyadarshini, she is very condescending and rude. She acts like we did something wrong by asking follow up questions. Never again.

It is the best hospital in Bangalore All the nurses and doctors are very good and friendly the hospital is very clean and hygienic the treatment was awesome I would like to thank all the staffs (Basha uncle, Manoj uncle, ellama aunty, Punita aunty,
venniamma aunty, Moshe uncle etc) nurse's (Aswathy sister, Kriba sister, Rekha sister, Pudiya sister, Sangeeta sister, Gouramani Sister, Arokya sister, selvi sister, etc) Doctors (Dr. Avinash, Dr. Asha, Dr. Sunaina, Dr. Mohan, Dr. Sagorika, etc) The Canteen food was really very patient friendly and tasty by Paban Bhaiya and Ratna aunty they served the food verry well
My favourite food made by them was egg bhurji and the soup. Thankyou Abhayahasta to treat us 5 people from our family at a time

Abhayahasta hospital treatment and staffing, nursing and taking care of patients is really very well I highly recommend this hospital for the people who want to get better treatment.

I also very bad experience in dr. Consultation in this abhayastha hospital for fever. 2 days before i consult dr. Sagorika Mullick there. Consultation fee charged₹ 600,
even she checked or consult the patient, simply sit in her seat. What we said she keeps on writing medicine, antibiotics for 5 days, and write 4 blood test. Atleast she wants to check the patient na. Very worst. And i checked the amount for the lab tests its around ₹2500 will come.
I didnt done the tests, when i noticed there all 4 people behind me she wrote the same test.
She given antibiotic medicine also not work, waist. I consult other dr. Tippsandra. Within 1 day iam alright. Without any blood check up.
So iam not recommended this abhaystha dr, and not satisfied the treatment.

The hospital is very neatly maintained and the staff is very cordial. The expertise in medical care like putting a needle for cannula can improve with some modern equipment. Today it is very manual and definitely not very pleasant. The junior doctors on duty apart from one or two doctors all others are very responsive to queries. Dr. Viswa Prasad sir is a real great addition to the general medicine section. Very calm and composed and the staff respond really well. Overall great experience.

Loved the services. The care and concerns towards patients.

I have alway had a bad service at this place. No complaints with the doctors. However the staffs who interact before and after visiting the docs are unprofessional and not empathetic. They keep talking to themself and some time rude if questions are asked. Just visit for the doctors there and not for the hospital

One of the poorest Gynaecologists (Dr. Priyadarshani) can be found in this hospital. No proper treatment, irresponsible. Depend on sisters and runaway from situations. If the procedure takes 2 hr, she will try to convince that the procedure will take 8 hr and get you admitted.

Doctors will always convince you to get admitted. Money making business. Dr. Avinash and/or management are least bothered. Poor hospital, poor management, poor facility… only loot… loot… loot…

I had a terrible experience with Abhayahasta Hospital in Bangalore. I admitted my mother for UTI on a Friday night, and she was discharged on Sunday afternoon. The hospital prescribed a urine culture test and instructed us to collect the report on Wednesday.

However, when we went to collect the report on Saturday, we were surprised to find out that the test had not been conducted. When questioned, there was no one to answer and we were directed to speak to the consulting dietician present at the hospital then, who offered the refund of the test. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. We paid a significant amount of money (nearly Rs. 22,000) for the such poor services, and we didn't receive the proper medical attention we deserved.

I strongly advise anyone looking for medical care in Bangalore to avoid Abhayahasta Hospital at all costs. They are definitely one of the worst hospitals in the city, and their services are highly disappointing. #AbhayahastaHospital #Bangalore #WorstHospital #PoorService #NotRecommended"

The worst experience I have ever had in my life.only asking to pay a bunch of money and not treating the patient till they cure.paying lots of money and not curing.too bad never go this hospital my humble request.

I went as an outpatient for a simple xray and had a pretty unprofessional experience. I had asked for the xray to be forwarded by email for which:
- the receptionist told me to inform the customer service person
- the xray technician asked me to share my email id and it will be mailed to me

On not receiving the same, I went the next day and enquired at the customer service and I am asked whom did you tell to mail. Then I am asked to meet the lady sitting at the desk opposite the cust svce counter. That lady tells me that the customer svce person is supposed to send it. Then they both speak and send me to casualty for the same.

I assumed that somebody there will ask my email id and send the same. There are 4 people around the table and put the xray film on the lit background (I don't know the technical name) and ask me to take a snap on my phone, while continuously on whatsapp and not even looking at me. I asked if they are going to mail it and she calls someone and says that I am asking for it to be mailed. Frustrated, I tell her to forget the mail, take the snap myself and walk away.

Would this encourage me to ever use this hospital again or recommend to anybody? Definitely- No!

I got appointment at 4 pm but doctor reached by 5.45 pm and very poor response by hospital side

I don't know my mother was serious I took her to the hospital in emergency she was there for few hours what treatment they did and someone took out her gold ring shw was not, concious and i was busy in formalities.

Avoid orthopedic dr vvs chowdhary. He does almost no clinical checks and jumps to conclusions.

Very dangerous hospital, this hospital running in money purpose not to service when patience came to hospital they did all tests without not necessary for making money all gambling hopsital

Today my brother was suffering from back disk issue and wen we visited to the hospital after the treated they told medical fees and and doctor fees is common but they are charging nurse fee as well. In other hospitals this charges is not taken but here only in abhayahasta hospital they take.doctor nurse behaviour is very rude

This is a poorly run medical centre with very arrogant staff. Dr. Avinash has made it a family sitcom and the whole essence of the work at hand seems lost.

Incompetent staff and a haughty owner. Dr. Avinash Sherkane only cares about money looks like. The rooms are uncomfortable. Bedsheets look like they've gone through a tough life themselves. Toilets are like public toilets. And the nurses gossip is the most unprofessional attribute. The gynecologist department enjoys the problems of patients and talk about the patient once the patient leaves. Should've put this review a year ago when we had a bad experience. Dr. Aparna Baliga might be a nice doctor, but is unprofessional when it comes to patient confidentiality.

Inpatient rooms were not well maintained, had insects bugs all through the stay. Expected a much better service for such premium rooms.

Rs 400/day was mandatorily deducted for inpatient food, no option to opt-out, which is not fair at all. And the food they supplied were of restaurant grade having spicy oily food, as against the recommendation of bland food which patients are advised to eat during stay.
Requesting the management to immediately remove this from the price plan and work with caterrer to provide food on need basis based on each patients diet plan.

And, Discharge summary was getting prepared from morning till evening, need to be more organized and quick in turnaround.

OPD consultation with Dr Swathi was satisfactory.

My mom had a fall and fractured her hip bone. Dr Fahim Sheikh, the orthopaedic at Abhayahastha saw her x ray and advised surgery as the fastest way to recovery. Dr Fahim was very clear in his decisions and also explained the reasons why he felt surgery was the best way out. He was extremely patient and answered all our queries. He is an extremely friendly doctor and ready to go the extra mile to make his patients feel comfortable. I would surely recommend Dr Fahim. Thank you doc!

It use to be ok before a year. Recently when i visited i realized the doctors and staffs are more concerned about taking tests than seeinh the report after the test. If u go for headache they would ask u to take all possible scans and xrays.

This is 1 of the worst hospital I have come across, Not only they scam money but treat people very badly with no respect.all they need is money and go to any extent to empty out the money. Writing this so people kindly be aware.

My mother in law and wife both were treated by Dr Fahim for ortho related issues My wife has to undergo surgery and stayed there for 5 days apart from successful surgery Dr Fahim was friendly and answered all our queries with warmth. Even after discharge he answered our queries and guided as in follow up Nursing staff also treated us with warmth

I was 6th month pragnant when I went to 9th June 2021 said it was white bleeding to doctor she done the check up and next I was bleeding blood and admitted to some other hospital they told it was aminotic fluid. This doctor did not tell that aminotic fluid. I have lost my baby boy at 6th month. Pls suggest the patient correct treatment. I don't know why she was not informed me it was Aminotic fluid. I suggest not to go this hospital.

I went over here for an emerency operation for hand fracture. The doctor was Fahim Sheik. He first did the operation in the middle of the night and that did not come out right due to which I did a second operation which also went wrong but we did not know about it till after 6 months, it deformed my hand and I had to undergo another correction operation.if I could give a 0 star rating I would have done so. Lesson learnt - don't go there even if it is a very big emergency.

I had physiotherapy treatment done by Dr. Anjali. This treatment was done for right shoulder.
I am really happy with the treatment and I could not ask for anyone better.
She is the most friendliest, open and comfort giving doctor I have seen.
My shoulder is back to normal and I can use all objects very nicely

I have taken Physiotherapy for my heel pain at Abhayahasta Hospital and Dr Anjali has provided the therapy with Ultra Sound and Exercises which was effective to reduce the pain by 90% and more. Dr. Anjali supported me not to take pain killers which were causing gastric issues and rather undergo physio therapy with exercises which were found to be helpful to relieve my condition in few days, She is very good at treatment and understands the patient condition and the issue clearly and creates the treatment accordingly. I truly recommend the physiotherapy treatment by Dr. Anjali at Abhayahastha Hospital and this facility is better than other centers in nearby location.

Abhyastha got one of the best Physiotherapy dept. Dr. Anjali is really great she helped me to get rid off my cervical spine-pain her approach is really different and she is very friendly I had only few sessions with her and I can say I am much better now:)

Been here for covid vaccination. Absolutely horrible staff, non supportive and they scream at patients if you ask for a clarification. Average wait time for vaccination is about 45 mins, even if you're on time. The staff go away on phone calls in between and keep us waiting. When asked how long it will take the person at the desk started screaming at me. Would definitely not come here in case of emergency.

I went for Covid Vaccine. No correlation between the employees, pathetic management. Very slow process and no responsible person available in the vaccination area.

Visiting the hospital since 2016. The hospital is better in OPD services. It has wide specialities. The consultation/other fees seems to be little higher for the quality of service offered. I had admitted my 15 months old baby for 3 days in single ward, took my uncle a month ago and the charges everytime were high. Giving 3 stars for the overall service and 1 more star for being a better hospital than the other hospitals in the locality.

. 11 days of Hospitalization in the fight against Covid + Typhoid

Myself Sanjaya, I am from Odisha and staying in this area (Kaggadasapura) for last 16 yrs.

My association with Dr Avinash is very old when he started his clinic in Abbaiya Reddy Layout. A very good doctor (I consult him for any health related issues of my kids), on top of that he is a very good person. God bless him and his family

On 8th July (Thursday) night I started getting fever. Before that my wife and son recovered from cold and fever within 4-5 days with usual medication. So I also started taking the similar medication. But even after 4-5 days there is no improvement. Now without further delay I consulted Dr Swati Anand at Abhayahasta. After check up she put me into IV fluid immediately, as I was having trouble while speaking, also prescribed few medicines and investigations to be done (CBC, CRP, RT-PCR, Typhoid). All samples got collected and I was waiting for IV to complete. By the time IV got over (night 10 PM), all test reports received (except RT-PCR). CRP was very bad and typhoid +ve. Doctor added one more medicine to the list. Hoping to recover soon from typhoid I came back home.

But the problem started when I got the RT-PCR +ve on next day. I was surprised to find myself +ve, as I never go out and working from home since the beginning of this pandemic. Continuous calls from BBMP and other govt agencies was making me more nervous. This pandemic is a very tough period for all of us, I too lost few of my relatives, very close friends and those thoughts are creating fear within me.

I sent all reports to Dr Swati by email, but could not visit her due to rain. Nextday she replied to repeat CRP and do a HRCT scan and see her in OPD, by the time I saw the reply, it was night 8pm. So waited for next day.

Friday I got the tests done, CRP increased 3 times (within Tuesday to Friday) and Scan report shows ~50% lungs infection. When doctor saw the report, I was asked to get admitted without further delay and on Friday night itself I got admitted.

After 11 days of treatment I got discharged on 26th July, Monday.
Dr Swati Anand and her team of doctors i.e. Dr Sejal and Dr Hardik comes to see me everyday and taken very good care during my stay. Never felt that I was a covid patient. Their guidance, counseling, care and encouragement helped me to overcome this difficult time quite smoothly. Truly sensed that they are the second God. Usually don't give reviews. I had visited hospital and doctor don't even have courtesy to give the patient a seat, she didn't do consultation n just asked nurses to give me injection n tablets, untill n unless I asked her the reason for my condition she didn't say.even after asking she didn't bother to attend me n left me with nurses, nurses were very well behaved very polite n took good care

Rtpcr test is not happening well everywhere but abhayhasta is doing it good.as a doctor myself I was happy to see their step by step process to prevent infection spread.reslut came on time and 1 in family came positive rest negative.earlier we were all shown negative in a lab in indiranagar.good lab and lab people ensuring accuracy

Visited the hospital to meet the gynaec. Met Dr Aparna, she was very clear in her treatment and though I visited a couple of other doctors before I felt comfortable as the doctor was quite friendly and took time to explain. Satisfied.
