Abhiman Residency

The owner is a nice person and is a phone call away. The location is not on the main road but surprisingly auto drivers know the guest house itself without any landmark. It is not far also from Temple and beach. Food can be ordered over phone from nearby restaurant.

We really loved our stay at this property, it is very close to the Murudeshwar temple just a 5/7 mins walkable distance. The owner and the staff were very polite nd friendly. Our Check-in was from 11'o clock but we arrived 8/9 hrs early we called the owner nd he provided us a single room at late night, thank you Abhiman residency for this. The rooms we got were very clean and tidy. They have hot water source at this property for those who need. The staff was very helpful in every way of transport, they helped us alot in visiting nearby places which were really awesome. Thanks alot @Abhiman Residency for our wonderful stay nd memories, i would really recommend this property to my friends who are willing to visit.

Rooms are fine for the price we paid though the hotel is located at walkable distance due to unavailability of street lights at night time it may feel a bit scary but that's fine as long as we are not alone.

Great rooms located around 1 km from the beach and temple, with room tariffs not pinching your pockets.
Service is great and as located in the coastal belt of Murudeshwar, this is always on the hotter side due to the weather.
Property has rooms on the 1st floor both AC and non AC while ground floor has 2 2 BHK homes - one is AC and another is non AC suitable for families to visit and can accommodate up to 10 people.

Poor quality, no soaps/Shampoos/drinking water provided, upon request we need to fetch from their cabin/reception.

Good place for short stays. Worth the price paid as the prices are cheap here and the rooms are clean too

Calm & Peaceful location. Budget place to stay for family & friends. Caretaker & Owner very cordial. Recommendable. From Temple it is walkable distance only.

We have stayed 2 days in this residency. Owner and supporting staffs were very kind and supportive Rooms were very clean and neat.
Very much recommend for family trip. Specially ground floor 2 homes can accommodate 25 members.
Compare with other residency best residency for costing and staying.

Very good hospitality by Naveen. He will provide everything you require and make it deliver to your door. Even though temple is near by, he will provide transport facility if required. Calm and peaceful stay.

Stayed here with family for a night. These are good and bad things about our one night stay.
The owner (Naveen) was responsible and sensible for good interaction from the initial query until our departure from residency. Staff boy was responsible enough. Residency is 1.2Km away from the temple and no disturbance of the vehicle or crowd noise.

Now It is very important to provide this feedback Mr. Naveen who handles entire property and operations.
1. Hot water available only at early morning. You cannot take hot water bath in evening if u want to visit temples at night or evening.
2. AC was working good but blanket provided are worst than a bath towel, you can't even cover ur body completely or thick enough to give u enough cover while AC fan is used. So end of the day u have to switch off the AC in hot and humid condition or increase temperature to 27. Be prepared to get ur own blanket here.
3. Pillows are so hard and better to keep ur head on a stone. Get ur own pillows
4. Bed provided are cheap and not comfortable to sleep.
5. Blanket covers are already torned and not washed well.
6. No bath towel provided at this price point. Only 5rs medimix soap will be provided.
7.with above facilities, it is worth for around 800rs, definately not more than this but unfortunately we payed around 1800/night.

I hope these reviews help other guests and also to helps owner to improve if he wants to.

Did one night stay at Abhiman Residency. Nice spacious rooms.

Location is little far from temple.
Taps are not properly fixed.
Wifi was not available when we stayed, technical issue it seems.

I recently stayed there for 2 days and liked my stay there. Owner, Mr Naveen, is very friendly and helping. The place is around 1.5 km from temple and beach but auto rickshaw is available and even the owner helped arranging it when we needed it, he also arranged outstation taxi for us. Tea and Coffee are always available by housekeeping person on request but for food either you need to go out or order it. Overall I liked this place as it is calm and clean and owner is good. I recommend this for a family visit

Jus a km away from the temple and beach. Well maintained homestay. Price is very much affordable. Good response from the reception.

It's inside from mainroad. Good place but not suggestable for summer. But you can expect the same stay that you would have experienced in many other hotels. It's a home converted to residency

Rooms are tidy and very comfortable.
Everything is as shown in pics online.owner and service is really good for any help required. Just that its 600mtrs away from temple and a little inside streets.you can happily opt to stay here without any doubts.price is also reasonably good.

Rooms are good and spacious. The staff and the owner are really good. We got our bikes washed which was out of the package.

Small room, feels like in remote place, but clean and hygiene, they will provide towel, soap and 1ltr water bottle.

Owner and staff was extraordinary. Special thanks to Naveen sir owner who take care of everything including boarding and travelling helped in each way. Don't bother about the distance and all 500-700m is a walkable. Thanks to Naveen for his kind hearted

I stayed one night here and room was very clean and comfortable. The price is reasonable and walkable distance from temple. Owner Naveen is very friendly and support person. I like the ambience and I will definitely stay again
