There's no one in Mysore who does event management better than Abids. I don't think there was ever a point of time while growing up in Mysore, that i haven't heard the name 'Abids'. Be it a school function or a wedding, they dominated the industry then and now. And How! The current face of the company, Aamir, has taken account of latest technology in videography/photography and event management and planning in creating the most beautiful and stunning events. Things that impressed me were, 1. Understanding the client's needs 2. Easy to contact and reach out to 3. Provides suggestions and works around a budget provided. 4. Knowledge of his craft. Spot on. 5. Experienced - Being extremely professional and amicable he's worked alongside the best hotels, resorts, caterers, DJs and decorators (event space is also a specific entity of the company - by this I mean lighting, furniture, stage set up including rentals). So, you have a point person who is able to connect with the clients needs as well as support other vendors that are being hired for the event

We contacted ABIDS for planning decor our reception and a Pooja. Aamir was very supportive, patient and attentive to every small detail throughout the process. They did a fantastic job - not just on the final outcome of the decor, but also on communicating with the parents, keeping our preferences in mind and being extremely punctual on the entire workflow.
They did beautiful work for our daughters naming ceremony. Decor was ready well in time and was exactly how we had imagined it to be. Also very reasonable priced. Very professional.
