Worst college and worst hostel. They show off everything and all they do is just to get money they are greedy for money and don't even care for humans.

Acharya Institute of Technology (AIT) is a private engineering college located in Soldevanahalli, Bangalore. It was established in 2000 and is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU). The college offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in engineering, management, and computer applications.

Their is no proper parking area. Every students should have feee parking and they are charging 20 rupess. Not for one day if u take bike for 2 times u should pay 40 rupess. Never seen such college. And the food in canteen is so worst and expensive. Exit will be in one gate and entrance will be in one gate. Then comes to stationary it was 15 rupess for pink and orange books and now it’s 28. Y GST for books? Everyone was teling this college was best and it’s becoming more worst.

I did my graduation here by paying 15 lakhs fees ended up with 2 lakhs package
and they are making fools by showing fake packages in pamphlets please dont join you will regret later

Teaching staff/faculties are really helpful and understanding; but this is on the basis of my own department i.e BA (psychology).

It is the perfect place to waste your money and time.
And waste the years of your life, so don't even think of joining this waste college.

Don't get deceived by positive reviews. Campus is awesome but coming to academic's and placement, its below par. If you are planning to kickstart with your dream career with engineering degree better stay away from this college.

Please provide option to us to choose travel through main roads or through some roads which we know so that it would be easy to reach the place even if the maps don't give the exact location.

Don't get fooled by the 5 star reviews. That can be given only for campus and fest. Apart from that the quality of education has gone down. It was good 3 years ago, but now it's not recommended.

Nice graveyard. There is a nice coffin shop nearby as well selling satisfactory coffin. They give a special discount for young corpse. Through a very easy form filling process and minimal amount of charge you can earn your own grave.

OMG, Such an wonderful education institution in Bangalore, It's like the best place, it has an international standard infrastructure, World class facilities, Students from almost 75 countries come and study. The best place to study. World class education at Very affordable fee.

The parking is the only problem there. I mean there is ample amount of parking but to my center of exam hall i have to walk a long distance. The centre and parking are at two extreme ends

This is the most daridra (worstest) college in the world. Please don't join here. Faculties here are the worst. Labs are completely fake. Don't ruin your life, knowledge and confidence joining here. I repeat don't join, don't join, don't join.

It's good infrastructure gives good environment for study. And the big digital library u never see anywhere.

The way TOEFL exam was handled here is pathetic. The room is not sound proof and they don't provide any earplugs or anything. The staff itself lack basic sense and speak loudly. Paying so much to write a test and having such bad experience. Prometric is better. Please DO NOT CHOOSE THIS AS YOUR TOEFL/GRE center.

It's really disgusting to know that students are forced to pay whole college fee soon after joing within span of two months otherwise they don't provide books. The collage charges 80k for first sem in the name of uniform books etc depends on the course students have opted for.they are least bothered about students education and parents who find it difficult to pay huge amount all together. This is first college where students are not allowed to pay fee in installments. If faculty is approached they don't respond. They are merely doing business instead of imparting education. The students will obviously pay the fee they would not run away should be allowed to pay in installments without intrupting there education. I would suggest those students whose parents work really hard to think of other institution which provides better education than name and infrastructure.

Campus and all is good, but the thing is teachers hold grudges. If you want to waste your money go for a vacation but never let your friend or children or anyone in that matter to this college, they just eat your money that's all, money squeezers. Don't look at infrastructure guys, it might just look good, but the reality begins when you join here!

I wish there was an option for zero stars. It is the worst college that provides no education, but only looks for chances to squeeze money out of you.
My son had attendance of 75% yet he was harrassed and not allowed to give his exams. They asked for fine, which we gave but then put him a yearback. The teachers are biased towards same linguistic culture and boy, if you are from north or east or west, your life is doomed here.
My son is in mining dept. And they are worst. I don't know about other depts. But never send your child to study here. Teachers actually hold grudges toward students and "make them pay for their sins". They call home making false rumours about the child abusing substances without even.proper logic or evidence. Placement-well there is none that happens. The adminstration is so damaged that they even ask students to bring new admissions for college. What will any parent and student do with world class infrastructure!? All we want is a proper, good quality education so that these kids can have a livelihood, which this college fails to do in every way possible. They are just here for your money.
DON'T SEND YOUR CHILD HERE IN THE NAME OF EDUCATION. PLEASE.

I was forced to give one star as there was no other option below it. I had done my diploma in aeronautical engineering in this college. I have wasted my 3 years time in life in this college. They said mahindra aerospace people will come for campus selections. Nobody came. They will also say there is free wifi all over the campus Don't believe it there our own mobile network won't work. No water for drinking. Mainly No proper Labs. My suggestion is think Twice before going to this college. BE WISE.

No placement for 2019 batch of engineering in electrical and electronic.

The department is strict but nice faculty and enviroment, many of them are saying that the college has a very good infrastructure, but actually infrastructures are average.

Infastructure- College has a very good infastructure. Its a big campus of 120 acres having all the different blocks, stadium, basketball court, volleyball court, Modern Library, forest. Campus consist of so many trees so that inside the campus you can enjoy the greenery of nature & cool.

Faculties - They are good, helpful. They give the teaching from 0 level to students so that students can understand properly.but some of are not up to the mark, they don't even know how to teach, but management is good, if problem face by many students of the class, they may change the faculty

Labs-Labs are very good and modern. Computer Labs are air conditioned and having good machines. Teachers are also helpful.

Fees Structure - for Engineering, it depends on stream what you choose, for CSE It's 6.5 Lakhs PAfor first year & 1.85 Lakhs PA for remaining three years for management students, for KCET student 37 thousands per Semester, for Comedk Students 2.5 LPA.

Placement-It depends on Stream what you choose, CS & IS has a very good placent, Rest of branches are not so good.

College Fest - Bangalore's Biggest college fest ACHARYA HABBA happens every year. Many of DJ's come, Ethnic Day & many of competitions happens during this time, You can search in YouTube regarding this.

Connectivity-It's in the outskirt of Bangalore, It's 29 kilometers from Bangalore International Airport, 17 Kilometers from Yeswanthpur Railway Station. It is connected by Bus and Cabs with the City by NH 47

Sports- Sports facility is available here (Cricket, Football, Volleyball, Soft Ball, Badminton etc)

Library-College has a modern library, U can read here from 9.00 am to 10 Pm all the day except Sunday (9.00 am to 5.00 pm). Many books, theesis papers, research papers are available.

They are fraud people. First they will take money from you saying it is to pre book the seats then they misbehave to you when you call their representatives. Lost my confidence in the college before even joining there. And if you are a student from kerala. A person named nandhu is the admission co ordinator. The guy is a complete fraud. He doesnt know how to behave to people. I beg you dont book your seats in this college by giving money in advance, i lost my 30000 rupees. Dont waste your hard earned money.

Acharya is a great institute, it always tries its best to live upto it's name. First time I went to Acharya around 5 years back, the campus was great even back then just the outside area wasn't that great but now both is great. Institute has a great and creative campus.
This time I was at Acharya to participate in IT fest Techmindz, it was conducted wonderfully and I enjoyed it. I hope to participate again in 11th addition of TechMindz and learn more and win more.

One of a kind engineering college in Bangalore. The campus was just awesome with beautiful vicinity around.

There should be an option for 0 stars because that's what this institution deserves. It's all flash and no substance. Horrible education quality where students are constantly harrassed by faculty. Admissions try to squeeze every rupee from you and barely give anything in return.
If you're look looking for admissions please apply somewhere else.

Hey guys it's wonderful place, most likely the clg life was never all about studying scoring NAA it's about real life lessons u will be learning it hell lot different than school making new friends looking yourself in future 3 years from now.exaggerating your thinking capacity in open world is very high experience of an open mind but most of all just live it and learn it ️.

Worst diploma course here.i m from cs branch. HOD of cs dont even know how to talk with students n with their parents.they dont support students.and HOD always say lie to parents.i have experience this.if their is 0 star to give.then i will give that.

Great place, good atmosphere, One of the best institutes at Bangalore, the have the best teaching faculty.

The college infrastructure is well maintained. But only problem is the transportation because of its location far away from the city.
