I have been visiting this hospital since childhood, recently I visited this hospital for a minor surgery for my mom… very satisfied with the doctors. A big thanks to the help desk people especially Ms Naaz who was kind enough to assist in all the formalities for insurance n following it up till closure… Thank u Miss Naaz for the support. Really appreciate it…

I have come regularly to this hospital and I’ve been given timely service and medical assistance. One suggestion would be to have more than 1 casualty ward.

They are not treating good in emergency needs of patients very delay, and not proper response

Don’t go to this hospital all money minded doctors writes you all sorts blood checkups and not give medication before he sees the patient with the reports waited 2 hours in fever and pain useless old doctors
Mohamed Mateen is a horrible experience

The most trustworthy and happiest hospital ever seen. Because the Doctors, the Nurses and the receptionist are most kind and the treatment that they gave for my dad was so incredible.he was so sick and tired that he was unable to even walk.after getting treatment with them he got completely recovered.and he walked on his own without our help.

The staff decide the order of the patients specially for Dr Mateen there is no time limit for consultations, there is no clarity and system, patients have to wait endlessly, such a old hospital at least they can have token system, every time patient need to go and ask when is my turn, and the staff is like as though we are getting treatment for free. Also the AC is switched off there are no fans only one wall fan is ther in one corner, if you have patience to wait and have no work you can go to this hospital

Dr Haneef is one of the best doctor. Even though it’s look like small hospital the care is good, Haneef sir did immediate analysis and avoided big tragedy

Top notch place. Not giving 5 stars because of the very RUDE Ultrasound doctor/technician they have.shouts at patients and treats them like dirt (age no bar), and am speaking from personal experience having been going to this hospital for my family and friends over the last 10 plus years. Acura would be much better off without people like him. Anyway, do go to Acura as they can be relied on to serve you, my time of the day!

I had to undergo a calf sebaceous cyst surgery. Dr. Sindhu suggested Dr. Abhilash (a on-call doctor) to do the procedure. Sister. Madhavi helped a lot. The procedure went smoothly without causing any pain & also was in economic cost which otherwise other hospital said wud be 30K+. Sisters helped & cooperated. The incision was supposed to heal in 10-14 days but it’s 20 days + & it’s still in healing phase.

Good. The care they take, the way they treat and all processes are very systematic. Doctors are best in their field and they will explain thoroughly. This highly recommended for all people. They take good care and the staff is also good. Dr. Haneef has rich experience and diagnostic skills.

I have been to Accura Hospital a few times in the last couple of years. Each time I visited my experience with the staff and doctors have been excellent. Of course, Dr. Md. Mateen is one of the finest physicians one can ever get to meet. A clinician par excellence. The hospital is very welcoming with a clean environment and courteous staff and nurses. A Hospital that I would definitely recommend in case if anyone needs good healthcare.

I came today for the pain on my lower part of left rib and was examined by Dr Saleem and he immediately asked me to get an ultrasound scan which helped in quickly diagnosing the cause as caustocontritis and suitable medication given. I am also glad to report that my entire family is comfortable to come to Accura hospital thanks to the warm and helpful spirit and disposition of Dr Saleem and the staff at the counter too. That human and kind touch makes a world of a difference to a patient's experience. My wish is may God continue to bless the hospital

Worst experience ever!
Don’t try to visit especially in night, they are not interested to consult, very bad experience there I have. No idea why they advertise 24x7

I am very happy with the service at Acura hospital. Dr. Saleem has been treating us since 2017 as a family everytime we have visited him, he has rendered us excellent service and he is very understanding and helpful, we only visit him, as he always diagnoses correctly. My husband is Dr. Saleem's fan. He has treated my husband even when he was in a very bad state Overall we love to visit Acura Hospital as their services are reasonable and professional. The staff too are polite and very helpful.

Plz visit Doctor Salim frm Accura, he is a good doctor, he has good experience, he is one of the best doctors there, his treatment is effective, it's worth visiting him.

I would never suggest anyone to visit this Hospital the receptionist is just rude and have so much attitude no care towards the patient, will never visit this place anymore.

I would suggest never to go to this hospital the receptionist has so much attitude I think his name was Mansoor no care for the patient at all had to leave without getting treated from there it was the worst hospital experience I ever had.

This hospital is a scam.if you come with a normal fever.be ready to spend 2000 to 3000 rs on so called observation, medicines and other nonsense.see a local near you instead

Worst experience in my life. I came after an accident and they did my dressing without proper knowledge.
Now my injury has pus collection and terribly infected.
Please do not play around withyour health with such hospitals.

Had gone to Acura and met Dr. Haneef. This for a stomach related ailment. He asked me to do a few tests and was able to diagnose the issue correctly. He was calm and composed and explained at length. Good doctor. Would recommend Acura and him on basis of this experience

This is best hospital with respect to service and patience. Doctor are best but they say nurses are backbones. That's true the nurses are ver very cooperative when the attender has not even reached. Thanks a lot to naaz mam who helped in all clearance and making papers ready.

Acura is a great hospital with amazing doctors. Dr saleen is the best and takes atmost care of his patients. We have been consulting him last five years for my FIL and he has provided the best treatment and care. Indebted to Dr Saleen and Acura.

I normally come here for Dr Praveen and Dr Mateen. Both these doctors are exceptionally good at finding the root cause of the problem and prescribing medicines for the same.

I have faced a worst experience today with doctor Sadik
My sister had body pain and fever so we had consultant him and next day fever and body pain remains the same so we asked him to change the medicine but he started making us feel scary telling it could be covid or dengue and he asked us to get admitted without no proper reason.

First thing I would suggest the hospital and doctor's is first spread the positive vibes to the patient's so that they feel confident about themselves that they'll get cured and then comes the medicine.

I suggest management not to recommend the doctor Sadik.

Please don't go there if you don't want your money to get wasted. Receptionist are very rude to the patients. Will not connect with the doctor if you have consulted before and not in a position to come down to hospital. Worst experience. They are only after money and not concerned about your health. Worst doctors and staffs.

They took more than 1 week to get dr mohan's appoment receptionist are always on confusion and feels unprofestional

Looters & Killers.
First & foremost- don't do Covid test with them.
You will think, they come and collect the sample in 5-6 hours even if they charge Rs. 2000 instead of market rate of Rs. 1200-1300.
But let me explain you the real experience:
(I Did via Acura as they were ready to come within 5hours of call and im having moderate symptoms and my spouse did via SRL as spouse is asymptomatic and srl were charging 1200 only)
1. Sample not taken properly and kept in a plastic zip pouch compared to other service established service provider who keeps it in a liquid solution.
2. Otp verification for sample collection happened almost after 24 hours of actual sample collection time. Means sample information given to government almost after complete one day late. Were for SRL sample collection we got otp verification exactly in 30 mins time.
3.my spouse report came in 12 hours. And government called in another 10 hours.
For Acura, I'm calling 10 numbers, every one saying call other person. Means money taken more than private and service pathetic than government.
4. Now they are saying report will come in 3 days.but at time of booking them, they said it will take 24 hours.

[0 Star] DO NOT RISK YOUR LIFE GOING THERE IN COVID TIMES.

- There are no Covid guidelines followed.
- No thermal checks at entrance.
- No Social distancing guidelines followed.
- People are literally inside the sitting area.
- Doctors are not coming on time.

In accura hospital there staff employesse dosent have the manners specially ladies receptionist person how to talk to the customers if you call to them for booking doctor Mohan appointment that leady always telling lie that today doctor Mohan is not avilable but doctor is coming all day in accura.

Today i took my parents for Vaccination and i was surprised to see that at the entrance there is No temperature check and No Santizer. People are simply going inside without applying any sanitizer. Being a HOSPITAL atleast they should follow some precautions.

This rating is for the extremely long waiting time. Delay runs into hours. Meaning of appointment is lost on them. Doctor was quite good though

The worst MD doctor, patient complained still unwell, Dr refused to prescribe medicine. Don’t waste your time and your hard earned money.

Really good Hospital for Normal drlevery. Dr Marima rock's. Really appreciate work for delivery for my wife. Marima is very supportive, caring and friendly.keep up the good job mam.as getting Normal delivery in Bangalore is quite impossible during this covid time.

Worst hospital I have seen.they don't even care about sending the reports.i had to call again and again to get my reports for a week, really irresponsible.and they send report in WhatsApp which doesn't even show the units.lab technician doesn't have a common sense to send document instead of sending pics

Hi as we know this is very crucial time for all of us during this COVID-19 situation, where will get more panic if something goes wrong with our health. But I should really appreciate Miss Bindu who is working as receptionist in Acura hospital she was very helpfull, I wanted to get in touch with my gynaecologist over call and Bindu helped me by doing so. She understand how important it was for me to get in touch with the doctor, She continuously followed up with doctor. I think Acura has amazing person like Bindu as their staff member.highly appreciated

Pathetic service.they make patients wait for hours.preference given hospital staff family or friends over patients waiting for long hours. Reception is worst of all don't even keep proper appointment

Had the worst ever experience. Sends the patients to the doctors in the order of how well you know the staff. Your emergency or your waiting time doesn't really matter & when you question back will be subject to the rudest behavior of the staff.

Doctors are not on time, front office people not reponding properly talking very rudely, they are not giving correct details, customer service is very poor.

Worst hospital i have ever seen. I went with a prescription from their own doctor to get injection for gas supression related to gall bladder of my wife but duty doctor (Dr Amutha) insisted for a new prescription from her. Got deeply hurt looking at their money minded attitude.

Waited for 40 mins just for general physician. Front desk finally called out name so headed to the doctor's cabin. He seemed to be busy doing some paperwork, signals me to not disturb him and then goes out of the room soon after.
I couldn't wait any longer with front desk nonchalantly staying doctor's gone for emergency visit.
I left the hospital and will never come back. Management seems disorganized and place can be kept a bit cleaner as well.

Such a worse hospital with stupid staff, I suggest you to not go to that hospital. No cleanliness and poor service.

Unclean bathrooms, hospitals can't afford to have unhygienic bathrooms, dirty curtains.
Treatment no issues but hospital definitely should look into cleanliness.

This is a worst hospital. Today I went for an emergency for my baby with fever with 103 degree that receptionist asking me to come tomorrow at 12 noon to visit Anitha or go to a Clinic or Apollo cradle. Now big doctors are there.whoever it might be you want money know I'll throw. What is big doctors small doctors. Then why the hell you are keeping 24/7. Staffs are not at professional. Give the importance to emergency.

Dr. Shaibya saldanha is awesome. She treats patients with lot of care and understanding. Hospital staff is cooperative.

Dr Mohan has most accurate diagnosis, he hardly gives any antibiotics unless really required. Most trust worthy doctor I have ever come across.
