Overpriced property. 13 yrs old average flats being quoted upwards of 1.7, when it shouldn't be more than 1.2-1.3. Huge traffic issues as this is nested along with business park. Getting out from this place to hit just ORR could take 30 mins plus. You can't reach hospital intime, during emergency situations.
They have got a pathetic, if not inhumane, way to deal with incorrectly parked visitors cars. I parked mine right beside the allotted spot, and they locked the front right wheel with a giant lock that cops use with a tiny note explaining the same kept at the bottom of the windshield, which was not so obvious to the modest eyes (i still pray that it were the case). Much to my disastrous fate, I reversed my car without seeing that tiny note, entirely cutting half of the mudguard open. After which, i took notice of the lock and the note, which had a phone number to call. What later followed was a classic blame game that happens in a archaically rigid hierarchical institution. PS: I am still flabbergasted that how come an incident like can happen in a sophisticated, modern society, where the who-and-who of Bengaluru live in. The management can do a decent job.
