Pros:

1. Arranged for boarding pass on time.
2. Arranged for well behaved and punctual driver for our travel.
3. Cooperated and accommodated well for the change in plans in between the trip.
4. Helped in early check in on early arrival in hotel
5. Rooms were clean and good quality of food.

Cons:

1. The agency never bothered to check with us even once asking how was our journey or how was the hotel or food during our stay

2. Some strangers rang our room bell in hotel around 3 am and made lot of noises which questioned our safety as couples.

I took visa service for France. I recommend them for visa service. Nandish has lot of patience to answer the same question again and again.
