Timely, thorough and professional. Sandeep has been my service advisor all along and he has always been prompt and clear.

Good quality auto service centre in the heart of the busy working city.

Yesterday, was an amazing day. From the service technician, service advisor Sandeep Suvarna till the Service Manager everyone had been so kind and helpful to resolve my warranty issue.

The quality of the service and the resolution time is less than a blink of an eye.

The staff is so kind, courteous and well trained on the job with customer centric ethics.

My car is the 2nd association towards Advaith Hyundai and very soon we are extending on 3rd association with a new car purchase as well.

Unfortunately this site does not has option to give a negative feedback. Pathetic service.
Took my i10 for service this week. Aug 7th. I paid 17k amount for the service and was gifted with additional damages.
They damaged the central locking system which was working fine. Now car does not makes any sound while in reverse gear or while locking/unlocking. They don't even acknowledge or own up this mistake from their end. I took my car again on 11th to get this fixed, but they told full central locking system has to be changed (5k rupees more).

Lost trust in you, don't know what other damages are done internally when given for service.

Dear reader, don't blindly trust them because they are Hyundai authorized. Use your due diligence.

As usual by any dealer - efforts to inflate bills by putting in services not required for service intervals.

Cleaning quality is poor. Can’t trust what kinda effort would have went in service.

Promised discount while booking but refused when questioned unnecessary service charges.

Absolutely pathetic.despite clearly telling them what the issue is, they do not fix the problem. Not once, twice.will never again use Advaith Hyundai Indiranagar service station

Took my venue here for service. The sales man here only tries to sell paid service items like 3m cleaning, 3m
Underpolish. Few months after service I kept getting check engine light. Another service center checked and showed that they didn’t change the air filter at 20k KMs. I wonder what service they did.

Service centre is quite approachable and staff was very helpful, particularly Arvin had been really co operative and on time delivery

We were attended to quite nicely at the service centre. The advisor explained in great detail the job they were going to perform on the car. They also cleaned the car quite nicely. Overall a very satisfactory experience.

The experience with service person Mr. Jayakumar was nice, he assisted and helped regarding all the issues I was facing in my Creta.

In search of better service I landed here, on contrary it happen to be my worst experience of my service history, feeling very bad about my decision, they have spoiled my vehicle and gave me back. Would not recommend any one to use their service. I was very happy with my vehicle before service.

Best car service experience. I was constantly updated on the work being done through pics and videos on whatsapp. Special mention to Mr Antony for excellent professionalism. Very good experience. Service advisor Mr. Ashwin was very helpful. He ensured that the servicing was done nicely and I got my vehicle ready in an hour flat.

First time to Hyundai service at indiranagar and was so happy with the service. Mr. Jay kumar updated me every hour on the work done. End to End it was a memorable experience.

I don't know why people go there for servicing. Most common reason must be - how will I find a better option! What hurts me most is to give 9/10 (Hyundai policy) for a shoddy job at double the price. If someone gives less rating it will affect the poor worker more than the irresponsible owner of the service centre! Any solutions?

I had minor car accident, where I need to replace car door and repair other parts and painting. Mr Arvind, Mr Abhishek and Mr Pavan had done wonderful job to deliver my car beautiful

It is an excellent experience with Advaith Hyundai Team Indiranagar. Their repair job and service are fabulous. I am really happy with the behaviour and cooperation with their service consultant Mr. Arivin. Overall I am very satisfied.

Just gave my car for servicing. The process of taking the car in was very streamlined. Shall update further once I get the delivery. (5start till now, comparing against a few delhi service centers)

They have proper parking area for taking the cars in.
Representative thoroughly checks the car and wraps the most touched parts like steering gear etc.

Next step is to check for any thing left behind by the customer and post that they checkup each part and condition of the vehicle. Post that the estimate is handed over to you.

I went just to get windshield washer liquid. Mr. Pavan assisted me. And the service was super quick and he was so very polite.

I would recommend this service centre if you are will to get your car serviced. And meet Mr. Pavan.

The service is really good. Service advisor Pawan has good knowledge and attendes the customer and send periodic updates on the car servicing each an every step taken. He advises things which are to be changed and damaged etc.overall had a good experience.

They keep harassing you for getting a service done once they get your number. Every two weeks I've to tell them I'm not interested yet they keep calling and harrassing you to get a service. They just don't value their customers.

After my review regarding unsatisfactory car wash, they called me and cleaned the car, behind the tyres too and was satisfactory. The various charges for service could be cheaper.

I am truly delighted at having been awarded the 1st place in the recently held Advaith Hyundai photo contest. My association with Advaith has been for around 10 years now, and I must say that they have always extended to me great courtesy and service. I have never had any major issues with the vehicles I have had. I would specially like to thank Mr Lathesha and Mr Pavan from the Indiranagar Branch and Mr Kiran and Mr Guru from the Vasanth Nagar branch who have taken special care over the years to see that my vehicle is well serviced and maintained in excellent condition.

They have not provided good service. Post servicing my car stopped midway at midnight. The mechanic informed about cheap servicing and advaith charged a hefty amount

Good service centre with reasonable rates for consumables and servicing. Customer manager was also pretty attentive to all my queries. In short good experience and got my car servicing done same day without much waiting period

Car wash not satisfactory. They use only dry wash. They do not clean thr car body behind the tyres and under the chasis claiming that water wash is banned. Dry or wet wash, for full paid service, car should be thoroughly cleaned even behind the tyres and under chasis. This brings doubt in one's mind if they even do the checking they are supposed to carry out for full paid service. Unsatisfactory reply too from them for my query.

Sophisticated place.the service is done in time.and they take ratings very seriously so.the feedback that you give is very valuable to them. Very poor service, staff is not competent at all, after service of my car I went back to workshop next day and highlighted that problem of tyres is still not resolved. They told me that it's normal and today I almost met with an accident with my b front tyres badly worn out. Frightening experience, avoid this work shop if you can

My car (i10) was given for service to Advaith Hyundai in Indiranagar. Mr Latheesh assisted in organising service and also pickup and drop from two different locations. Mr Jayakumar provided regular updates with photos and calls to let me know the progress. I was informed about all the changes and associated cost, if any, were provided to me prior to making any changes. Mr Manikantha picked and dropped the car on time.

I had gone to fix my steering wheel motor (eps) motor. Antony was my service engineer. I was in a bit of hurry. He helped me by fixing it quickly and provided the best service possible.
He is a life saver. Excellent service!

Had a great experience. Service was quick, and the advisor Sandeep made sure to keep me updated on whatsapp through the day - with live photos of what service was being done on my car! This was my first experience at this center and will definitely go here again for future servicing.

They are best in Bangalore, they respect customer time and provide service progress details on Watsapp, also removes scratches without charging extra.

My experience with getting my car serviced at Advait Hyundai Indiranagar has been excellent. The Service Adviser Mr CRJakynara was helpful beyond the call of duty.

Made a mistake to visit thrice here to buy car, but the sales dept was so careless made me to sit for more than 30 minutesand finally I came out went next day something happened

Compare to outer ring road office, this branch staff is lack of expertise and many parts are not available all the time, you may need to visit twice for the same work. General check up is fine. Any issues better visit outer ring road or any other good show room. Felt servicing is higher
