Good service center. Technicians have sound knowledge and are very prompt. Took my car for a quick wiper water issue, they not only addressed it by removing the blockage but cleaned the tank as well at no cost. My car usually goes here only for servicing and everytime they impress me.

Newly opened Hyundai car service center in Whitefield near to bagmane solarium city tech park. I have given my car for service and had a pleasant experience. Morning I dropped my car there and by 4pm my car is ready with regular service done along with proper interior and exterior cleaning. I would suggest considering this service center based on my experience. If you have any short time repairs they also have good seating area for customers.
This place is a rip off. Please check the estimate on the hyundai app before visiting them. I was charged twice the price and they come up with lame excuses.
It has been a delightful experience! The level of transparency and attention they practised is commendable. I thank Mr Adaveesh for his positive attitude and customer-first mindset, which I experienced every time I met him.

I visited this service station for AC problem. I was told a part has to be replaced, which is under warranty. I have called at least 10 times but I only got answers like part is lost, we will place another order etc.it’s been 1 month and nobody contacted me back. Such a pathetic customer service.
Poor experience. Routing service ok. Service executive ask you to do some fancy everytime. When you go next time, they recommend the same thing and when you told it is done (you need to know your old bill) in last service, service executive will say then it is not needed.
Went to this service centre as it’s near to my workplace. Was not sure of the quality of service. But after visiting and meeting Mr. Manohar who helped me through out the servicing duration. He even sent me the videos of the the engine oil be replaced and the other major information.
I would personally like to thank Mr Manohar for the wonderful help and suggestions.
Never ever visit this service centre, Went for my i20 service, pathetic experience, they misguided to replace parts which were not completely damaged, and final billing after the service was +5k what he quoted on call, further details along with proof will update in the same comment
Okay Okay Experience. I had to call and check the progress every time, there were no updates. I also had to follow up with insurance people and inform the service center that go-ahead had come from insurance and they should start the work or prepare the delivery. They should proactively take care of these issues from the service center side.
This place is lucky to have Mr. Adaveesh. He helped me a lot in resolving some mistakes the technicians made. If you visit, you may meet him. (I was not asked to write this review).
Loved their service. Though they are expensive than the aftermarket, But I believe customer experience is their strong point. Also, hats off to Ashwin for being highly detailed in his explanation and providing photos and videos of each parts changed
I have recently did my car general check up on 4th May in this showroom because 5th May 2022 I had to travel from Bangalore to Tirupati and car broke down on the highway 200km from Bangalore while I was returning from Tirupati to Bangalore. Car was not moving forward at all, there was no mechanical issue.
I called Manohar from the service center to seek help why it's broken and not running suddenly after checking everything in the service center just a day ago. He looked like an intern instead of service advisor/manager while helping me because he was asking me to open the engine and see if any wires are broken etc.and ultimately the whole battery drained out in his checkup due to parking indicators turned on for an hour. He ultimately wasted my one hour from 6.30pm to 7.30pm which I regret later and finally 7.30pm while standing on the highway I called RSA.
Since I was out of city limits, RSA took 4 hours to come to drop the car to chitoor service center which was the nearest. In the meantime, Siddaramaiah sir sent Harish from all the way Kolar to Chitoor to fix my car during 12.30am midnight. He came with one technician and fixed my car temporarily by resetting ECM memory because that got malfunctioned. And on asking why it happened, they said service center people forgot to clear this memory and finally I was able to come back to Bangalore with my small kid next day morning 4.30am.
Next day Adaveesh (service manager) and Manohar thoroughly checked my car and replaced AC filter as well and returned the car to me.
I was happy that atleast car is fine now. My happiness just lasted for a day when car started creating some noise which was intermittent. Then I had to struggle to record that noise to prove Adaveesh and Manohar that there is some noise started to come.
They again picked the car for check up and kept the car with them for 3 days and then changed the drive belt as per their recommendation and finally gave the car again.
Unfortunately, the noise in the car had increased instead of decreasing. When the recorded the noise again and asked them why it's coming. They said, it's AC compressor which is weak now which may need to be replaced (expected cost is 16k).
My car is just 4.5 years old and there was no issue at all till 4th May 2022. Once I gave the car to service center, all issues started coming. As of today, I have replaced AC filter, drive belt and now they are in the mind of replacing/repairing AC compressor too.
You all can imagine now what type of engineer's they have kept. If you guys wanted to save your car and keep it for longer duration, then please don't go to this service center.
I am still regretting, why I gave the car to this service center for general checkup and now they are expecting me to replace compressor. God knows if the issue/noise is really from the compressor.
I am still struggling to get everything back to normal, how it was till 4th May before Manohar and Adaveesh touched my car.
I wish, I could have gone to some local repair shop to do the general checkup and service instead of this service center.
New service center near to Kundalahalli Colony. The reception is good, they took care of my complaint quickly and assigned a technician to check my car. Compared to the original service center near graphite I felt this center service more helpful.
Good place for Hyundai assistance. I visited Bangalore for a business work and i had a issue with my car key. They were ready to help and very cooperative in fixing the issue pretty soon. Really good service
I had a minor repair which involved fixing the dislocated the Tail Lamp. The service center representative was extremely Helpful. I was a walk-in customer, he listened to my concern and rectified the issue within few minutes. They didn't even charge me a single rupee. I would definitely recommend this service center for their kindness and customer friendly approach.
Had a great experience with my service here. Prompt response over phone, smooth check in process, respect for customer's time, follow ups through WhatsApp throughout service and punctual delivery. Service personnel Vishwanath was very helpful and courteous throughout the process. Would definitely consider for future services.
Extremely delightful customer service experience with my car service at Advaith new ITPL service centre. Right from the on time pick up delivery, quality check, regular updates on Watsapp with video and eventually the car delivered in a pristine clean condition (almost brand new) value for money I would like to add additional star especially for Mr Ansar Aleem Support manager and his Team as they went over and above their duty and helped with the car bumper fix follow thru and support Kudos to the team, you carry and make the Hyundai service brand stronger with a delightful customer experience!
