I had booked service for a nanny requirements for my new born and post maternity help to mother. The lady/ nanny didn't turn up and everyday day she used to tell that I am coming in 2 hours from 5 days. After 5th day she told she won't be coming at all. There is no professionalism at all. The agency person preeti at the time of booking told the backup will be provided immediately in case of any problem. We had booked the services since 2 months back. But there was no backup provided. The owner of the agency is miss Preeti.also the lady who ditched us her name is shantha.plz be careful befr finalising her.they are actually not running a company or agency.they are just fraud people sitting here to harass us. I had to keep calling the nanny again and again.the agency had no responsibility at all.
