Being on a 2-month vacation in India and looking for some deep-tissue relaxation massage, brought me to Adyant Ayurveda in Jayanagar. It was recommended to me by a friend who is a patron there.

My first impression on entering the premises was of how clean the place was and the pleasant aroma that filled the air. Furthermore, the staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. That first impression convinced me that I was at the right therapeutic centre.

During my stay in Bangalore, I’ve had half a dozen massage sessions at Adyant Jayanagar. Every time I entered the massage room, it was always with a craving for wellness. Whenever I left the massage room, it was always with a feeling of relaxation and fulfilment.

My massage therapist was Jiten. If you’ve got to define commitment to one’s trade, I’d say Jiten epitomises it with aplomb. His massage strokes are performed with great dexterity, ensuring the pressure applied is right whilst delving deep into all areas of pain and discomfort. Even without communicating to him verbally of what areas need to be focused upon, Jiten gauges these himself using his skilful hands. One can experience the genuine efforts made by him in trying to alleviate the tightness of strained muscles, just with the mastery of his hands. Every session with Jiten has been blissful and he treats his work with a great deal of passion. I’d vouch for Jiten and his massage expertise any day. Moreover, he comes across as someone who is simple, polite and just a nice guy. Can’t thank Jiten enough for his excellent services whenever I’d visited Adyant.

One of the best Ayurveda hospitals in Bangalore, Adyant Ayurveda. The environment made me feel like I’m home and the treatment was excellent, with such a humble doctor.

Except Dr. Sreelakshmi, the rest are crazy in this clinic. The treatments which doctor recommended and prescribed could not be fulfilled in this clinic because all the 5 days I called the receptionist, she said slots are full. I requested for home service. That also they said 'No time'. If this is the case I don't understand why the doctor prescribes treatments. Even medicines are given in half. They should ask us to buy it all outside. Instead they give us half and tell us to buy the rest outside. If you don't get it, it is your headache. I do not recommend this Ayurvedic clinic.
The irony is the clinic calls us to criticize us and ask us to remove the review, instead of apologizing and providing us their services.

I consulted Dr Shree Lakshmi at Adyant Ayurveda for hypothyroidism. I gained lot of weight. The doctor planned Panchakarma treatment and internal medicines post the treatment I have been taking her medicines regularly and my hormonal levels are within normal limits. I Visited Adyant Ayurveda for my gastric issues. I have had acid reflux, IBS and related symptoms for quite some time now. The symptoms have been especially severed for the last year. I had visited Dr Shree lakshmi in the month of December 2021, I had issue with my problem of acne rosacea and irregular periods, my previous ayurvedic doctor had told me acne is due to excess of pitta but it's not related to my irregular periods case. But Dr. Sherr Lakshmi confirmed that root cause is pcos and this will lead to acne and other hormonal imbalances. She suggested me to take Panchakarma treatment along with internal medicine given by her 3times a day after meals. After completion of treatment I started taking medicines religiously I got my periods in 28days There is also less pattern seen for acne. Tough the redness still prevails and hoping to improve my case better and better.
