Adyar Ananda Bhavan - A2B

I parked my car in basement, and one day due to heavy parking, I moved into -2 parking, the A2B procurement and inventory of vegetables and pulses is located near the exit/entrance of -2 car parking,
This is here, I lost my patience, when I saw the guy grating coconut with pan oozing from his mouth, spitting on the wall also cutting vegetables at a small tiny place.

This is not a hygienic place at all, can be avoided
GYAN- PLEASE Cook at home, THE MORE FOOD ORDERS FROM A FAMOUS PLACE, THE WORSE IS THE HYGENIC CONDITIONS

Good food, good decorum.

We could not find a restroom in the restaurant. We were asked to use the mall's restroom.

Don't order family dosa, it takes a very long time.

A bit crowded with long lines at the cash register.

Rest was good.

Extremely dirty and smelly toilets
Hope this lack of cleanliness doesn't extend to the kitchen

Food was not that great. Service not that great.
A2B needs to improve in all aspects.

Day by day their taste level is going down. Recently I visited this place, after eating gobi & panneer pop corn, I couldn't eat other items.all the taste of other items also not upto the mark of A2B.
Udupi hotel taste is far better than this outlet.

I had given 4 star review initially but today I am revising my review as I have seen that their service quality is going down day by day and ignoring customer like anything. Feels like there are many customers and so they don't care about a single customer.

Today I purchased 4 plate idli and 1 plate rava idli and they gave very smal box of sambhar for that. That box was also half field. When I asked for more sambhar then they denied. When I complained about that to cashier then he just gave me another tiny box of sambhar, that too because many customers there was watching. I was extremely disappointed. When I said that I will put complaint and review, then they told okay go ahead.

This clearly indicates that they are now not very interested in customer satisfaction and just doing a business. Being a permanent customer it just not disappoint but also disheartened me because of this kind of treatment.

A2B keep it up in disappointing your customers.

Expensive and very small quantities. Better to avoid this restaurant. Ordered so called combo meals and was shocked by miniature quantities and variety.

Well I guess the actual cooks are gone during lockdown, pathetic food undercooked improving to increase shelf life, no fresh food here anymore

A2B, although they talk big about standardisation across all outlets, it ceased to exist. Taste of Chennai & Bangalore is miles apart.

Worst food service, I had been to this resturant on 5 th of April 21 with my wife around 9pm ordered North Indian meals and panner fried rice for both of them the curry and the rotis were not at all fresh prepared and kept in the morning and the curd rice was smelling bad and charged very high price
