Today we have visited A2B, BTM branch and the tomato soup quality was so poor its like a water. But prices of all the items got reviewed but not the food quality.even Mini idli, if we talk about it, its hard but idlis are supposed to be soft I guess.after paying 100 rs for tomato soup if we are getting watery/bland liquid then we would have ordered for 20 rs water bottle instead right!
One of the worst experience I ever had so far. I received contaminated chutney today. On complaining to the branch, 1st they said chutney is good in their end. Further I requested the manager to come and check the quality personally. But he ended up sending someone from the hotel. Even he confirmed it is a spoiled chutney and smells bad. And they gave some funny reasons to justify the overall mess up. This will be my last order from A2B.
BTW, I am not asking the manager to taste everything before sending. All I am asking is to ensure the quality and learn how to handle customers.
Morning at 8.45 vada was literally cold and for Pongal wen asked for red chutney they said they will not provide red chutney for Pongal and served the red chutney for Idly. Not expected this from A2b wer I’m going from my childhood
Had my breakfast at BTM layout branch at 9am and Medu vada they gave was literally yesterday’s one. After checking with waiter, he gave another medu vada once we waited for almost 15 mins which confirmed that it wasn’t prepared today! They declined to give red chutney for pongal & vada and pls note your competitors are getting way better day-day but you ppl are going other way around. If you want to sustain, this needs to be greatly looked upon.
Today was my 1st experience, what i feel that its a bit expensive and service wasn't so good, may be my expectation was little more, but it was ok ok. Will try one more time.
Recently placed orders for breakfast combos. The idli, vada, upma and the sweet was good but the dosa was oily and not hot and the sambar wasn't up to their usual standard.
Nice place to have sweets, Dessert makes us go weak in the knees. It's a warm blanket on a cold winter evening and without a doubt Indian desserts tops our list when we crave a sweet treat.
Best south Indian hotel to have pongal, mini idly price little costly but taste worth for that my choice always a2b to have hygienic food comparing to other hotels.
From coffee to food to badam milk to sweets everything is really awesome. Ambience is good, staff is helpful. You can either have self service or seating service and even they do take aways in all manner a good place to go for food. It’s neat tidy and good food.
One of the most famous restaurant chains in South India. Have visited their many branches across the country. There is a consistency in the taste.food is always fresh.coffee is just amazing. It is strong but not so bitter. Sweets preparation is also good. Their Mysore Pak is amazing.
I just went to have my breakfast over there and I found it good. I liked mostly the way they serve and they cook. The coffee was very special over there. The place is very clean and decent but filled with crowd always. We can find almost all types of sweets that we are familiar with it
The best place for a vegan is here People can get their wished sweets and snacks at a affordable price range The taste will be also lasts lonh in your memory The place is good for ur day life and you get the best quality good Those who want to host parties and others can book here the hall in the is also fine and there are both north and south dishes available
I only tasted sweets over here and I must say it was quite good and tasty as well. I saw they also offer snacks as well but never got a chance to taste them so I cant give comments on that. I hope this information is helpful.
When it comes to food A2B is the master of it no matter which branch it's located. The taste they server is no where to be found, located in the center of the city, serves a great taste with well established ambience.
Full rating for all the variety of dosas served. Worth going for coffee and dosas. Never tasted their sweets. Service goood. Staff is decent and courteous. Did not find anything negative in those dishes. My family always loves the dosas served here with hot sambar and 3 types of chutneys.yummmilious
Vegetarian food with chats, dosa, meals, north indian food available. The main attraction is the huge array of sweets they present to you, which you cannot avoid buying.
We had dinner at self service I. E gnd floor. Idli and parotta was cold. Flavours of kuruma are missing it was just spicy. Coffee is good. Rest all is okay. Thali items will not be given in self service, you need to take fine dining in 1st floor. No exclusive car parking space.
I was here for a Birthday party so my review is about the party hall only. The washroom had no tap in place and inside the hall most of the AC's weren't functioning properly. The sound system was very bad. Really felt bad for the kids performing a practiced dance, as the on and off of the music ruined their effort.
A budget friendly restaurant if you want to taste real good South Indian delicacy. There are a huge variety of dosas and other south Indian food items for both breakfast and lunch. There is a separate section for sweets too. The place is neat and it's of self service. There is no delay in service. The place is mostly crowded during breakfast and lunch hours.
Today i ordered for two idly.but they have given old idly that too in owen eat and giving.this is restaurant or your home.i asked the people.when you prepared idly.they said today.show me other idlys.in that box except this two idly there is no any idlys.pathetic people.when i was asking they dont have answer abd they are roaming and simply going kitchen side.in that gang one guy showing face on me.im paying and you have give fresh one not old one.here very high price and small quantity so atleast provide fresh food.i said to them if there is no idly say to the customer directly instead of giving old food.we can order instead of that anything.finally i only said give me plain dosa.my question is dont provide old food if customer ask the item if its not there its ok.we can order other item but dont give old food.i saw only 2 idly is there and they are lying and roaming not able to answer.dont show face on me if customer ask question.bad experience.we dont want to get foodpoison bcoz of your old food.keep maintain quality brand name.
I am a regular customer over there it may be termed as good vegetarian only restaurant it offers a wide variety of dishes including south and north indian food eventhough the north indian food does not have a lot of variety which only includes some naan and gravies. It has a view of the hustle and bustle of the city and service is excellent and the staff members are well behaved and friendly
Although they offer you unmatched cleanliness and hygine; Also their sweets are tasty and multiple options available to choose from. Pricing is not even.who else takes 60 bucks for a small bowl of curdrice.
Over priced and quality is not upto standards. Because of this they are closing in many locations. Unless they reasonably price and serve good food they are going to be doomed
A2b is a premium veg restaurant. U can have nice north and south indian food. Sweets are very famous in a2b. And u will get do many options in veg also. Coconut chutney is very nice here
Holiday and Sunday the hotel will be filling with swggy and other online suppliers. The cash counter filled with them.there will be no space to pay for order.i hope self service for this hotel place is not suitable.
This is the best outlet of A2B, I have been to in south Bangalore.the space, the staff, the service.everything far far better than that of HSR, Koramangala or Banerghatta
Very neat and clean. The tiffins are good, less oily. Try mini tiffin and mini lunch, the are actually combo, but named mini. 14 idly is yummy. Sambar used to be good, but recently the quality is reduced, less vegetables. Overall still good place for breakfast.
Would have rated it minus 10 but that option is not there, worst service. Keeping customers wait for a long time then serving cold food. Waiters are not redponsive. They won't even look after order is placed. Top overpriced. Not going again. Go here only if you have ample time and want to waste your money for unworthy food.
They are looting the people, 60+10=70 for pongal, and the quantity is so less that it's not even enough for small kid. If we didn't raise voice now they will keep doing it.
Simple place yet awesome food and beverage spot. Serves south Indian cuisine and has good service. Perfect for catching up with friends and family. Decent pricing. Has rush on weekends and public holidays
I had a taste of idiappam and veg kuruma. 2 idiappam and one small cup of veg curma i asked them how much in the counter they said 49/- only. This is how people loot. In kerala this would cost 9/-.
A2B is a chain restaurant that serves vegetarian food, especially South Indian food. This outlet is no different. We ordered Sambhar Rice, Masala Dosa and Curd Vada for lunch. Sambhar was tasty and unlike the Kannadiga or Udupi style, it was spicy and not sweet in taste. Masala Dosa was equally good. The best item was the Curd Vada, which was fresh and tasty. We enjoyed the food. They don't have a big seating area but it's moderate and a bit crowded. Ambience is OK. I didn't like the staff behavior.
