They don’t want people to come. Whatever we ask they say either it will take time or it’s not there. Veg Kadam they put lots of chillies and make it so spicy. Service is pathetic. We had been visiting it from past 3 years. Initially it was very good. Now it’s pathetic.
Bad service. Rude staff. Staff seem to all be unhappy and not wanting to serve at all. Quite sad. The management probably doesn't care as well. Air conditioner doesn't work at all.
I have been there multiple times and the service seems to be going down consistently. For example, in the past I've asked for the special thali meal and today was the first time that fruit salad and ice cream was served. When I inquired if it was a new addition i was told that it was always part of the menu - and that all times in the past, the waiter had not bothered to serve it! When the manager was told about this, he didn't even apologise - and had a "don't care" attitude. Sad, pathetic!
A classic case of how even with good food, it's possible to get a bad reputation!
Kadai mix veg is made up of beans and onions only. Waiter won't like to accept feedback. Service is slow and non courteous. Taste is below average. Atmosphere is too noisy
The service and hospitality was pathetic. Waiter serving the food was shouting at customer. He had no clue what customer had ordered. Prompt service and cleanliness were highly lavking. When we informed manager, he was quite casual about the feedback.
Ordered breakfast from A2B HSR Layout after a long time. Despite a slightly higher price point compared to neighboring eateries, I was inclined to explore something new. Upon scanning through their online menu, I settled on Poori and Curd Vada. My individual ratings for the items are as follows: 1. Poori - 4/5 2. Curd Vada - 3/5 While the overall taste was satisfactory, there was room for improvement.
Definitely the old taste of a2b is gone now. We have ordered mini tiffin, parota, pav bhaji for dinner. The chutneys tasted as if it was from morning tiffins. Food was very cold. Parotta was very hard. Kurma tasted bad and raitha tasted very sour. The place was not at all clean. Service was not that good and overpriced.
Food is OK like as usual in any of the A2B. But hygiene is absolutely NIL, pathetic, and stink badly.
Edit 1: Don't give standard response, I have attached Photo's. Small cockroaches seen on floor and stinks badly, what proof else you need, Kindly take some improvement action.

Sweets savouries, breakfast lunch and dinner all in one place. Mini tiffen, Pongal vada, Masala Dosa, Ghee roast are must try items. Little costly though. Can't eat here everyday if your wallet is not heavy
Ordered online, Food is smelling bad, Sambar is like water and never tastes like any other A2B. This A2B restaurant seems to be a Fake restaurant using that brand. Completely different taste compared to HSR A2B.
The food and sweets are good but they really need to renovate their common seating area. This place is situated inside a very old building in hsr and the shop itself is old. That's why I guess the shop also looks old.
When you get a black coffee bill and give it at the coffee counter. You will see the wrath of the person making the coffee. Apparently making a black coffee is an extra work for him and start shouting at you. Best Customer Service by A2B. First time experiening thisnkinf of behaviour in their franchise.
Well maintained and clean place. All waiters and cooks wear masks and hair caps but other than that there is not much covid precautions. Food is good, lots of options, fast delivery and very polite staff. It is self service, but there is a service hall where you will get the food delivered to you table.
Visited for breakfast- ordered mini idli-but it didn't have the taste I used to get in Chennai outlets- there was no generous spray of ghee on top, sambar was not as good as Chennai one. So a bit disappointed. Overall good restaurant in HSR layout BDA complex. Parking costs 20Rs in complex for cars. Self service and service area area are available.
