Aerolex Suzuki

Poor really needs an ATTENTION from Suzuki. They are spooling the Brand name.
I wanted to give negative ️ if there is any option.
The staff attitude there knowledge on vehicle inspection and the quality of service worst communication what to write it's all about he'll experience in my life time it's been 18+ years to handle vehicle service independently but the quality service they provided really disgusting and I really suffered a lot from these people even I have reached SUZUKI but from there also not got any response

I am requesting SUZUKI brand people kindly give attention and first collect feedback from people and act on it.

Booked an Suzuki access on 27th of sep '23 delivery date was on 10th of October, at the time of delivery showroom persons kept helmet balance they told to come on Monday,   on that day also there is no stock and I came here today ie on Friday  20th October again they are telling there is no stock, and they have bring form godown and also the number plate which was fitted isn't reveted. And no good service, when you don't have stock you must not make the bill for the items.

I had called up for enquiring about Suzuki Hayabusa, as I looking for a test ride.
The response was cold, pale and unwelcoming, the guy on the other end of the phone seemed truly unhappy to talk.
I stepped back and thought for a while whether I really want to over burden the sales guy by booking a test ride or by going forward and making a purchase.
Then I felt it’s not worth the time and effort, however great the bike, no matter how many rewards and recognitions the bike would have won. At the end of the day humility is all that matters.

Left vehicle for service. As an Automobile Engineer I don’t suggest this place for Suzuki 2 wheelers. I never had a worst experience before till I found worst service Center

Don’t buy vehicles from here there is no proper response from the Showroom once they delivered bike they don’t take response. I m the Cstmr of this showroom long back I have bot the Suzuki access when I’m calling for something they not ready to give proper response … Better u can buy from apple Suzuki they very good Campari to this Showroom
