Affine is a bankrupt company. Laying off people like crazy due to their financial issues. Regardless how long the employees are with the organization, there is no loyalty. Corrupt and backstabbing management.
Stay away if you're thinking to join this company. Look for other jobs if you're already an employee, because your employment here won't likely last long.

Affine has always followed a people centric and employee first attitude. I am with Affine for 10 years now and still the love and affection doesn't seem to lessen. The constant training for the employees, learning and upgrading as per market competition is really commendable. The main principal of survival for any business to survive is change and Affine is always at its zenith and constantly upgrading to the latest techs.

It has been 4 months since I have joined affine. Everything has been super smooth right from interview process to virtual onboarding. Team mates have been extremely accommodating to make me comfortable. Truly amazing team culture and certainly best place to work!
