Good. As renovation is taking place it's dusty. Had to maintain the dusty powder entering inside the hospital

Consultation fee is 700. Quality of Service is bad and the doctor prescription looks like inexperienced. I have to visit another hospital as my problem was not solved. I Suggest look for better hospitals even if the consultation fee is higher

Worst hospital in wilson garden.the staff's are very arrogant and irresponsible. And there is no proper ventilation.please do wear mask for your own hygiene.air conditioned is for only show off.doctors are good but the staff is worst.u

We had a very worst experience in this hospital. MY 5 Yr old kid had adenoids and ENT dr. Vignesh has operated her. After an year they have grown again and got ear infections too. She had to undergo another surgery in cavalier hospital and now she is fine. The thing is new technologies like coblation method has come to remove the adenoids from the roots and is a painless method. IN AGADI THEY DID IN A NORMAL METHOD, WHICH THEY FOLLOW IN COLLEGE. The ENT dr. Vignesh didn't discuss this with us he blindly done the surgery. He is a consultant in Manipal hospital too. The hospital is working only for money, not for the welfare of the patients.

Doctors are good but the management is very poor waiting time in reception is more and the worst response from the receptionist seems soo careless over patients

Worst management worst advice only test are done simply for no reason they pull money and never bother for patients

They need to improvise as facility wise, because they don't have platlet extraction unit

I don't know how this hospital has a 4.2 rating. I would give it 0. Hospital and OPD rooms are dirty. Consultation was 600 rupees which is fine. But they charged 100 extra for registration for which they don't give any receipt. We consulted Dr Ganesh Nayak. He's old and rude. Zero empathy towards patients. I know he was former Head of department with a great experience but as a doctor myself, I definitely did not like the way he interacted and being least empathetic towards patients. Would definitely not recommend. Please avoid.

My dad was finding very difficult to breath and they took extra care and made him to stay in icufor two days and after treatment of icuthey shifted him in the ward and there he was 3 days and he is completely cured and he was having lung infection problem in kidney very nice hospital

This Agadi Reaserch hospital is located in Wilson garden, Bangalore near to Dairy circle, Koramangala & Shanti Nagar.

This hospital is a big multi speciality hospital providing services in all areas of medical requirements & having a legacy of serving for last 40+years.

Recently this unit has been acquired by Mumbai based SRN Hospital chain group.

This hospital is equipped with state of art facilities, equipmens & infrastructure. Also has a well qualified doctors, surgeons, other service staff's.

The tariffs and fees which they charge is premium/ultra premium, it would have been not this costly for the services they provide when compared to other hospitals in Bangalore. The tariffs got spiked by another 20% on consultation and other charges after being acquired by SRV.

Atleast the hospital mgmt should think a bit on tariffs with service mindset rather than focusing high on revenues.

This hospital is having one of the finest medical shop also inside the premises & they are really good at the services. I am personally happy to endorse Dr. Sashikala Rajendran leading the Gynaecology department in this unit. She is such an amazing personality with great expertise & of course strict in nature (as required) while dealing with all patient's.

Payments can be made via online, offline and credit/debit cards too.

It also has Medall Clumax scanning lab which is associated with the hospital and available inside the premises for better services.

Parking space available for both 2 wheelers and cars nearby in this facility.

Dr Maria dentist took 300 for appointment didn’t do any teeth scaling. Just have the advise Simply wasted money. I will never take appointment with her again

We have gone morning for my father in heart attack emergency today at morning 3: 30 one Dr. Was there i don't about he's name for my father he didn't press heart in emergency he's just taking ECG in emergency and i lost my father i think he didn't get mbbs certificate i really do complaint on this

Dr. Hiranmayi Seshu was an excellent doctor! She and her staff quickly commenced treatment and I was discharged within a few hours.

The rickshaw drivers here can't be trusted, however. They lied that there are no doctors in this hospital sometimes (so they can charge more to drive us further), when there are doctors 24/7.

Not happy with the neuro doctor. He doesn't speak properly with the patient. And before treating the patient he asks if we have done the payment. He is completely money minded. We paid 1000 rupees consultant for nothing.

Doctor had no idea what to do, luckily my doctor explained on call. Then, my doctor only arranged an ambulance to take to her hospital, these guys had no facility. I was there only for 30-40 mins till my condition was stable enough to transfer and for that they charged double of what my hospital charged with full night stay, all clean facilities and experienced its very bad plz dont visit this hospital

I don't know anything about this hospital I am giving 5 stars for Doctor H. V.srinivas (neurologist). We went to many doctors but nobody could find what illness my dad was suffering from.

A doctor earlier had told us to take MRI Scan of brain but when we went to Dr H. V. Srinivas and told him the symptoms he identified the illness of my father without any tests and reports. He told us not to take MRI scan but to take different tests. His medication worked well on my father.

Worst hospital, money-minded with no medical ethics, everyone will come and ask are you get admitted every 10 mins, and exaggerate saying you have to take a blood test, ECG etc just for a normal stomach ache, shame on them

One of the worst hospital I have ever visited. Not sure how people are still visiting this hospital in Wilson garden. Great insult to medical service - 100% money oriented, pathetic service. There is a neuro surgeon, old man - don't remember his name. He must be around 70s, no basic etiquette to talk with empathy with the patient. As soon as we enter - he asked whether we paid or not before seeing the patient! Treatment was horrible. Another great so called orthopedic doctor - Dr. Promod. Just for a small muscle pull, he made as do 100 tests including CT scan, spent 10k for no reason on the same day.
He refers his own lab so where in jayanagar who charges bomb compare to Aarti diagnostic centre. He even suggests surgery for a muscle pull and goes further and strongly advise to get knee joint replacement. I am perfectly fine with some basic phisio therapy now. Any uneducated patient would surely suffer if they follow these non sense consultation. I wish I can sue both the doctors and the management who ever hires such doctors. Pl. Have some responsibilities towards society being doctors!

I would still say it was right decision to ho here first, else I might not have made it, nurses were caring but overall it was a bad experience. If not an emergency, don't visit here even by mistake

The worst hospital.they won't accept any insurance and even the stuff are very careless.we admitted my mother headache and bodypain they do x-ray and blood tests later we have move around for the report if we go ask ward nurse they say we didn't get the report and if we go enquire the blood and x-ray report lab they have the report they give it to us. And the doctors tell no worries nothing is happened she is recovering.later we discharged but still my mother is not cured.

So please i suggest before admitting and consulting enquire each and everything than go.it's really waste of time and money

Good doctors nurses ward staff but billing insurance security staff very bad no time sense not cordinating with patients attender please train them

I was born here. I am 27 now. My Family member are consulting Dr Agadi for 4 decades now. Dr Agadi is a gem of a person his son too. They provide great health advices and they have doctors for all the health related issues. Clean wards, frequently visiting doctors, clean beds, helpers frequently visit in case of any help required. It was such a good hospital. Now I don't know, it has become corporate. After becoming corporate I can't tell anything about the hospital.

The hospital is good for the area. It “WAS AFFORDABLE” but now the management of the hospital has changed and the consultation fee on is very high and a burden. Even some of the doctors are not happy with that much price of consulting price and the hospital has a high share In that consultation fee which is ridiculous. Then the main problem I have is with the “MEDICAL STORE” in the hospital because there Is a person who behaves like a ROWDY in a medical store I think he came directly from prison to work here or the staff recruits people like him. He looks like medium age and has a big belly he can pickup a fight with anyone that the type he is I think he should be removed. If there is an HR In the hospital please take note of this. Thank you

I went this hospital as i have some swelling on thumb. For that thy wrote for xray and blood test and cost was rs5300. Got surprised generally first xray will examined wh is 400rs. Here unnecessarily thy will tell u to blood test. Just imagine one thum swelling cost 5k in 5 minutes

And the way thy loot. No idea hw these people are. In Bangalore most 4 storey or 3 storey building are like this

The receptionist asked me to sit inside the doctors cabin, when doctor came he was like rude why are you sitting in the cabin I will call you is it that urgent.

I have a very positive opinion about this hospital and the Doctors here. My family has been consulting with Dr. Hiranmayee Sheshu and Dr. Anil Agadi and we all had a great experience with each of them. I too personally had a wonderful experience recently, I visited another Dr in another hospital for a lump under my armpit related to sweat glands n even after the full course completion there was not even a slight improvement, then I decided to visit Agadi hospital and met Dr. Anil Agadi and surprisingly the lump disappeared in just 3-4 days after the prescription given here and Dr wasn't hesitant to touch and feel the lump in bare hand but in the other hospital I visited previously so called doctors weren't even ready to touch and asked the brother to take a picture of the lump.

Lastly, The hospital staff was also very helpful and co-operative, I had left the prescription in the billing counter and and when I called the hospital, staff were kind enough to take a photograph of the prescription and send me in what's app. I would recommend this hospital to everyone.

Very Worst Experience I have ever had, No Proper response from doctor and Nurse, Very Worst hospital I saw till today, Doctor not even sees the issue,

Recently on 18th of this month I visited this hospital to have consultation of orthopaedicin
for my wife who is suffering from knee pain. After paying Rs. 600/_ as consultation fee I got appointment of an orthopedicin one Dr Promod N. My experience with him was very bad, that doctor behaved very rudly and roughly. He is very impolite and unprofessional. We being senior citizens got deeply hurted by his rude behaviour. I am very much disappointed with the service of this hospital.

Dr. Anil Agadi is one of the best doctors I have known. Our entire family have been consulting the doctor for our health issues right from the beginning of the Hospital.

It is one good hospital in Bangalore one can trust diagnostic and treatment without worrying unnecessary lab tests. Systematic patient records helps easy approach to doctors with past history. No long waiting for Appointments and overall one can experience hospitality and service at reasonably priced. Trust worthy for me since last 10 years.

This is second time experience in this hospital. Dr. Anil Agadi is really seems like soft hearted and caring person. His behavior with patients will cure half of their decies. I wholeheartedly appreciate Doctor Agadi.

Very wrost hospital specially for Covid treatment. I went as bbmp patient they have treated me very bad. And they are telling me to discharge as soon as possible within 2days. It's very bad what they have done.even doctor also not good at all. They will come only one time per day. Doctor will not even touch the patient. Only he ask are willing to discharge. I have known Dr BM Agadi and Dr Anil Agadi from almost 20 years now and they are the best. However far my house is from the hospital, I still go there if something is not right.

Very very costly hospital for just cleaning a wound in the head and applied cipladine ointment they charged nearly 1000 rs

Visited Dr. Vasudev who was referred to us by hospital as Dr Ganesh Naik is not available now. Had a very bad experience.

1st with scheduling slots with the doctor.
Our Earlier appointment for my elderly mother was at 11: 30, we get a call from hospital in the morning at 8: 30 and asked to come by 9: 30 as doctor will not be available at 11: 30, once we reach hospital we get to know from reception guys that there is no such appointment given and there is no guarantee that doctors would come on that day. Later they call doctor and confirmed he would be coming but only by 11: 30 and asked us to wait till then if possible. Very rude behavior from reception guys and we were balmed for the confusions created by them.
We were asked to pay 600 + 200 before even visiting the doctor. Not sure why 200 was chargedwhcih was never there earlier. When visiting Dr Ganesh Naik fee used to be 300-400 (visiting Dr. Ganesh Naik from past 7 years now)

Once entered consultation room and explained Dr Vasudev the issue and given all previous medical history, Doctor did not even had patience to listen to my mother fully and hardly had patience to even look at the last visited medical record. Only asked if now my mother has any issue only then to tell about that, when we told for now there is no leg pain but told that this was regular visit which we are asked to do by Dr Ganesh Naik on every 2 monthmonths we could not do for several months as doctor was not available. A scan for blood flow had to be done every 2 months and Dr Vasudev was not even ready to check the blood flow in the leg which was the main issue and reason we were asked to visit Dr Ganesh Naik every 2 months, Dr Vasudev completely denied to do any such scans and said to come only if there is any leg pain occurs and told till then there is no need to come and there is no need to take any medication and asked us to leave. All this happend just with in 5 mins. And for no reason we had pay a fee of 600rs.

It was waste of time and money visiting this doctor, hope Dr Ganesh Naik will be back soon, or in absence of Dr Ganesh Naik hospital refers a better experienced Doctor.

Have been seeing Dr Jayshree for the past 2 years. She has all the patience to answer all the questions. One amongst the best gynaecologist’s in Bangalore.

Registration fee 200/- is not an issue apart from this the consultation fee for Dr Srinivas (neurologist) was very expensive

From last 6years iam visiting this hospital. My first pregnancy delivered by Dr.shasikala mam from then till now iam visiting to this doctor. What ever problem is there she solved it. Thanks to her. And nurses hear take care with humble. Thanks to them also.

Recently visited the hospital for a illness for one of a family members. The hospital staff and their hospitality towards patients and their families was great. They take care of the patients with much care and respect. Dr. Maheshwari and Dr. Hiranmayi are doing a great job. Even after the discharge of the patient they were always available for any doubts related to patients. Highly recommendable hospital.

Last 15 year's I am visiting this hospital, after covid 19 pandemic time I am very worst experience in this hospital. Doctors and nurses giving very good service for us, but securities and staff very worst, especially from senior staff and security taking rude.

1. Yesterday I fixed appointment for meet doctor by phone call, given time today 12.30 noon, I reached hospital at 12.00 noon, your staff ask me to wait for another one or two hours, because she said first come first serve.
Then I ask why you given appointment, she that's is call center agent, I don't know.
Then I called to same number where I contacted for appointment, but she only picking, who said first come first serve, now she said I only given appointment yesterday, but now you have to wait to meet doctor, I ask about appointment, she is not given proper answer, she is a senior staff, more than 10 year's I am seeing this staff, I think you have to improve your IT systems and train your staff's according to the changes of life style.

2 today when I enter the hospital security person, ask me the details and write in the register myself. I said I can't able to write, I request him write my details, but he spoke with me rude and said I don't know writing.
Why I ask him to write, because this covid 19 pandemic time more than 200 visitors coming to hospital and using same pen and same register. From here only covid 19 will spread, I hope management understand more than me.
Please improve your system and technology, give some Tab to enter the visitors details and keep proper staff's in the gate for one hand use.

3. In pharmacy only one counter is there to reach from hospital, but minimum 10 people's standing in front of the counter. Pharmacy staff's also very lazy to provide the medicine.
Please improve and give good service
