The initial process of getting the house was very comfortable. Responses were quick and the house was made ready in lesser time than originally expected.
Even though the staff have always been polite, there has been severe lack of action since moving in the house with plumbing/electric/carpentry work still pending even after constant reminders almost every day. They need to work on this aspect to expect me to recommend them to other people.

I have got my house renovated through Agarwal Interiors in June 2020. In the midst of Covid lockdown, I was stuck in Tamilnadu and couldn't even come once to oversee. The Agarwal Interior team did everything within the given timeframe based on my initial briefing. I used to get timely update of the work in progress. The quality of the material used and the work were really good. The entire process was very transparent and their charges were very reasonable. Their supervisor Subodh did a great job and was really helpful.

Wanted to add one more thing. In May21, i needed to obtain my Encumbrance Certificate from BBMC. I applied online which was very easy but later to get the certificate was a big task. Was not getting any response from their office and they were not responding to the emails also. Agarwal Estates helped me to get the certificate that too without any charge. I really appreciate their service mainly Vasantha.

Recently (in Oct 2021), i applied for Khatha thru Agarwal Estates. Amaresh was handling this and he handled it very professionally with minimum interaction. I got the Khatha documents processed in short period of time and charges are also reasonable.

I bought a 3BHK flat in Purva Fountain Square through Agarwal States this year, I want to recommend them for their good work.
They provided a very smooth and no worries service starting from showing the flat, negotiations and all the process required

till registrations. There was complications involved as both the owners was in US and did not want to travel to India because of
COVID. And even blood relative of one of the owner was not available to travel Bangalore.

Initially I was very reluctant to go ahead with the deal, thinking to back off because of complications.

Was interacting with Debjani at Agarwal Estates. We saw a fully furnished flat and confirmed on the same. Later she said the owner had cancelled. She suggested an alternative in the same apartment at a slightly higher rent. When we confirmed that flat, she can back to us saying that the rent has been increased by 10k per month. Within 5 minutes. They are just trying to milk customers and trying to get the most out of the customer. Not reliable. Not true to their words. Horrible experience with them.

Last year khata transfer and property tax registration process for our apartment complex has been handled by Agarwal Estates. It was done for more than 100 flats. Mr Pawan Sharma was the point of contact. He did tremendous job in co-ordinating and getting things done. All the cases were taken care like direct sale, re-sale, etc.

The process was crystal clear and Mr. Sharma helped in each and every step in the process with how to do guidelines. He put extra efforts during covid time to expedite. Finally we got the khata certificate The service charge was also very nominal. I highly recommend Agarwal Estate services.

Last month we purchased one flat in PFS. All the nitty-gritty of this deal was handled by the Agarwal States. I am writing this note to appreciate their dedication, expertise in documentation, and patience. From there onwards Debjani and team took over all the responsibilities and all we had to do it is move into this new house.
