Purchased a 5 mtq biogas unit from them about 6 months ago but the unit doesn't produce gas at all. It is flawed! The junior staff don't have powers to make decisions and the senior staff don't bother at all. Highly Unprofessional. They don't accept the product is flawed and won't give me a refund.
