A perfect weekend gateaway. Its nice and quiet. Facilities include a nice swimming pool, basketball court, badminton court, tt spacious lawn where you can take a stroll, etc. Food is awesome and caretakers are very helpful.

Very good place for family get together or friends get together. Safe secure. Food is awesome

This is the worst place anyone would go to
They changed their rates and hiked it by 45% and our giving reasons That it was a miscommunication and are charging you more
Anyone who is planning for this villa make sure you take things in writing or record it
They aren’t trust worthy and they don’t know how to communicate with their customers

Good for a 8 people. Not suitable for larger crowds to stay overnight, since amount per head remains the same, but above 8 have to sleep on the floor.
There are 4 rooms. Only 2 has ACs, and the other 2 are smaller rooms without AC.
The property looks dated compared to few years back. Can definitely see the wear and tear. Big cracks on the cemented playing courts. Sports equipments and facilities are broken.

If you are looking for a quiet place to spend time with your family this is a good place. There is a nice pool. Also a badminton court and basket ball court. Indoor games include table tennis, caroms etc. The service was very good. The food was excellent. Only two rooms have ac.

Extremely rude behavior from the host and threatened me to cancel my Airbnb booking after confirmation. He was constantly calling until last night to make me cancel.

Visit the place before booking because once booked you will not get the money back. I see all the sports equipment are damaged no proper response from the staff. Worst place to visit. One of the worst thing is cot is fully damaged which makes a terrible sound.

I contacted them to make a booking. They suggested me to stay at their villa in House of Hira Nandani. I agreed and made the booking which was not at all worth the money spent. The location of the cottage 807 is in very interiors of the housing. They were not giving us any services there. The toilet jet wasnt working properly. The liquid handsoaps dispensers were rusted and soap wasnt usable. The water in RO was smelling very very bad (they arranged for bisleri after my repeated calls). The kitchen had broken cups. No towels. The AC remote wasnt working. It had windows but there was no ventilation because of thick curtains and the place was smelling like a closed house. I wouldn’t recommend their House of Hiranandani cottage to anyone.

I gave my feedback but they have deleted. Bcos 2lakhs gold item was stolen as we had one get together.they did not give cctv footage also properly.so be careful

Its a decent place with concrete structure, looks like it was built for personal use but now on Airbnb, food is overpriced and seems the maintenance cost is recovered from there, 2 rooms are large, another 2 looks like servant quarters with no ac, no toiletries were provided, definitely not worth the price.

Miserable service, the kitchen for the staff and me was the same, i am a vegetarian and the kitchen stinks non veg all day
We were in the living room when the staff thinks it's their dad's house and roaming around in the house cooking their food in our kitchen, total waste of money I'd rather stay home.

The property was very clean and maintained well. The food was top notch.overall it was an excellent stay at affordable price.

It is an Ok place. It's not bad, but couple of things were a buzz kill.
Pros:
1. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean.
2. Well maintained pool.
3. Spacious area for outdoor activities.
4. Road leading towards the property is good.
5. Kitchen and living area is spacious. Fully functional kitchen with a cook.
6. Nice n tidy outdoor sitting area.
7. Two rooms have AC, hot water supply (functional geysers), good shower outlet
8. Spacious parking space
9. Clean linen
Cons:
1. Staff needs to be trained towards understanding guests privacy as they keep walking around the house and even inside the house like they own the place.
2. There is an option to even cook by yourself. But however you'll have to get everything you need as they didn't even have salt in there though they call it fully functional. (Expected that basic ingredient to be available to sprinkle on salad dressing)
3. The staff expected me to cook food even for them and kept pestering me to cook dinner sooner. And they don't leave the house till 11: 30 pm. As a result we waited outdoors, as they were sitting and watching cricket on the TV in the living area.
4. There's a 3 year old kid who can be a buzz kill with his talks and acts, seemed like he is being told certain things to ask the guests. (Money or something)
5. The kid keeps loitering around alot and interfere lot. Messing around with the switch boards and disturbing when in the pool messing around with pool lights and pool controls. Staff doesn't pay any attention towards the kid's interference.
6. If you need any food to be prepared you need to inform 3-4 hours before. Only pre orders work here. Spot orders are: Snacks and tea, coffee
7. If you need something from outside you need to pay the caretaker for his petrol and sometimes he might ask extra money stating things are expensive there.

Overall experience: it's a nice place to visit. The staff's behaviour made it a little under the weather for us. So the experience was mediocre.

Had wonderful birthday gathering evening on 18th May … Enjoyed getaway as well as dinner unlike busy city restaurants

The caretakers were really good with their job, which is the most important thing with any bnb. Amazing food, service always with a smile. The pool was the highlight though. Honestly wasn't expecting it to be this sparkling clean. Was truly a retreat.

A must visit.

However, the workers from North really needs to be trained of privacy, their a chatty little bunch always intruding your space.

Although, there wasn't any problem, it's real annoying how their always inside the house walking around like they own the place.

Visited this place at noon that could be one of the reason I gave 4 stars.

What Fascinated about this resort is, living area, swimming pool and playing zones have all been squeezed to fit into small plot.

This place falls around the vicinity of Devanahalli international airport.

Good place to throw a party for around 80-100 people.

Held a party there for a friend’s bachelors and it was a blast! The rooms were clean and tidy,
The pool was nice and clean as well,
All the amenities mentioned were available and the manager and the boys made sure the food kept coming on time and it was nice. Big thanks to Iqbal and Manu for making it happen

Very spacious, the owner is extremely accommodating to your requests, very well maintained, plenty of activities as well.

The stay was the worst. Had been their for relaxation with friends but it turns out to be horrible their were no glass and no one to helps out the chef alone took care everything. The pool turns out to be very dirty. There are no towels and soaps and sanitizers in this covid situations. If your booking this place then don't worst place I could give -10.

Nice place to gate away for the weekend with a larger group. You pay for the experience, nice pool, party by the pool, fuss ball, badminton court and basketball mini court (if your a 6footer you can dunk every ball). Food made by care takers Sunil and Praveen exceptional.
Cons: In room and bathroom appliances mall functions AC doesn't work, Fan regulator, broken taps, low pressure and cleanness in bathroom not upto the mark.
Occasional smell of cow dung and burning of crops from adjecent villages and farms might put you off.
Over all a welcome experience, can try it for sure!

This property is like a treasure in Bangalore.if you are looking for a villa stay in Bangalore outskirts then go for AH Danka.they have in house cook and you can also cook by yourself.swimming pool are usually not well maintained in villa property but it was clean and refreshing.no noise we had a pleasant relaxing stay.owner iqbal was very kind and ensured everything was fine.

It was amazing fun. Price is a little on the higher side but the place is very well maintained. Very good place to hangout with a bunch of friends. However, if you would like to have food prepared at the place you need to tell at least 2-3 hours in prior as to what you want. Hence you have to order from nearby restaurant and we'll have to order by 8 because we were told the caretaker can't go and get from the restaurant post 9. You will also have to pay petrol charges for getting food from the restaurant. Something unexpected considering you're paying a premium for the stay of 24 hours. Apart from this, all facilities are top notch including the sports equipments.

Awesome place to go to. The place was very neat and clean and had enough options to play and enjoy. The bedroom were spacious enough and very nicely maintained. We loved the location. In all it was absolute pleasure

It was an awesome experience.the farm house is very neat and clean.for kids also its safe lot of space to play and nice sit out.before going i checked reviews it was showing less stars on location but the location was also nice.we had enough space outside for walk and cycling also.

Had a great stay at the resort over a long weekend with a group of friends. The place is very well-maintained and clean, and food was excellent. The caretaker Sunil took care of everything at the resort and made the stay very comfortable. The pool and playing areas were great fun. Definitely going to be a go-to place for our group from now on!
