Mr. Peter, the proprietor is a fraud. After my first maid left, he was unable to give replacement as per my criteria and was sending profiles where documentation was wrong. As per contract, he is supposed to give replacement within 10 working days which he was unable to do. Also, whenever I have selected a profile, he was unable to bring the maid citing some reason or other. On demanding refund, he was abusive. I will definitely go to consumer forum to retrieve my hard earned money. His agency should be blacklisted. Request everyone not to avail services of his agency.

Please do not belive his words about filing defamation case against me. I want to inform everyone that I filed a case against Mr Peter in the honourable consumer court of Bengaluru and have won the case and the court has ordered him to pay back my deposit fees and the legal fees incurred by me. Please beware of this particular agency.
