Air Asia Travel Service Centre

Bad English. Called the one and only customer care number that comes up when you google “Air Asia customer care number” and once I finally talked with a live human she said that I was on the “Air Asia Express” number and need to contact Air Asia on their website for what I was needing to do. Hello! I called the ONE number to Air Asia and then I’m told I’m talking to Air Asia Express and not Air Asia!

Very bad service.last week I was going to Malaysia from Cochin airport.we were 8 people including 2 infants and we are coming from Kannur.one of visa name was too lengthy and that last name of the initial was not there as per passport.only because of that reason they didn’t allow to go.and we lost 8 tickets without any refund.very unsupportive staff

Worst airlines, I don't why they run of they can't manage, unnecessarily

I got my tickets booked through Air Asia office at Monarch Hotel at Brigade road. Vijay and his colleagues were just great to plan my entire trip from Bangalore to Delhi to Ajmer and back and then to Chennai. Thank you Vijay.
