I have been working for 2 years now and inarguiably one of the dream company to be part of. It pays you well, treats you well, give you ample opportunity to grow and keep pushing your boundaries as an engineer.

As an HR I had worst experience in this company as the way they behave with New joiners that too experienced employee lots of selfishness, culprits kind of people I'm speaking about IM Team and also lots of new employees who joined in past 1-2 years got to hear from them all the way they treat to female employees and male employees as they think they are CEOs of company these type of people are spoiling company name
My own example you can take as they introduced me to the team after 3 months and that I'm an HR people who are coming from good companies to join here kindly have full research before joining this organization

1. Not much transparency from management.
2. Different teams have different working models.
3. Can't stretch out WFH for a few weeks.
4. Attendance is tracked through a WhatsApp group to monitor who is coming to the office or working from home. Every morning, everyone has to mark their presence.
5. There is a lot of micromanagement in most of the teams.
6. Wrong or non-technical people have been promoted as Group Managers to handle technical teams, which results in them not caring about technical matters but causing stress among employees for issues like late arrivals, WFH, travel expenses, and sickness claims. 7. Due to aggressive hiring, they have brought in employees from service-based organizations who may not understand the company culture, leading to the implementation of practices learned from their previous companies.
8. Seating is a major issue, but they are still pushing employees to return to the office for most of the day.
9. My manager remembers everything, such as, "Hey, you had a bout of illness in January, so you worked from home for a week. You got sick again. "
10. The average hike is only 7%, and the HR policy is subpar when compared to other product-based organizations.
11. Managers listen to the team's gossips and complaints from a few favorite people.
12. Leave policies is not good.

Advice to the Managements:

1. Launch a portal where employees can report issues anonymously internally, rather than using a public platform.
2. Conduct regular evaluations of managers to foster a positive company culture.

Very nice office spaces and common areas. All the staff here is great and Airbus is a great employer.

Very Good Company but only located in bangalore. Could have tried out in other cities.

Best company to work for. The culture, work environment, compensation is best in the Industry.
