Worst experience, the staff dont know how to treat people. They just need to be in their own world.

Good, neat, well maintained canteen for service men with sufficient car parking facility, seating arrangement and refreshments near by

One of the biggest CSD canteen stores variety of grocery in one place and also favourite brands of liquor available for defence personnel only staff behaviour examplary

Great place for serving and ex-servicemen for their monthly grocery and other purchases. When compared to other CSD Canteens in the city, this canteen has very limited stock. They need to procure sufficient stock to meet the demand of large no.of ex-servicemen and serving personnel.

Urc is only for defence personnel holding grocery and liquor cards issued by govt of India

One of the best Defense CSD, good staff, can do hassle free purchases, compare to other canteens, now they opened billing counter separately, in side also increased the racks for convenient shopping fecility. And out side cafeteria also opened.

Really bad experience, stocks are always less no use of coming to this canteen and the staffs are irresponsible and careless. Management wise lots of improvement is needed. 3-4 years back the canteen service was really good in terms of management and stocks and discipline but now I don't see anything there.

The one stop shop for your daily household items if you are a serving or a retired personnel.

You need to go in the mid of any month to get all your groceries and many more the stock will get in that period

Stock is very low, better to order online. If you want to buy products other than from the showroom. Must try CSD.

Civilian store has better management, workers don't have soft skills and smiling faces, their faces show as if their grandparents assets are be distributed.

Good service especially to senior citizen. I visit CSD canteen for my 86yrs old dad and rarely. This airforce CSD has a limited items but people (shoppers in civil outfit & in uniforms) are kind, helpful and respectful compared to all other CSD outlets. It was a good experience esp for my dad. Thank you.

A canteen store for serving and retired personnel and their families. Have a reputed brand of groceries and fairly good collection of liquor for consumption of targeted community.

Need to carry your govt I'd proof to entre here and they have installed Smartbox for e-commerce deliveries

Crowded but in order place. Love the area, parks and variety of products available. Pricing is not that great, DMart offers similar rates at complete freedom of time.

It is a really well organized. Small yet well stocked. It is open only to defense personnels and their family. Car parking is available. Dependent pllease remember to update your dependent cards. In case you forget to do so, the staff are very good they help you out, but it can take a small wait of upto 20 minutes (depending on the number of people).

Can get every single product available in the market. Can get much products in low price. But, prices can not be bargained.

It's very good. Need to seperate the officers and others counter or a seperate canteen night be better idea like Jalahalli
