Airport Taxi in Bangalore - Polo Cabs Bangalore

This is terrible service. I doubt if it has been registered legally. They quote a price earlier after getting the locations and later change the price mid way.

This polo travels taxi booking was worst experience for me they cheated me i paid them 1500 online payment for a mini vehicle they didn't send vehicle and I couldn't book another vehicle in the midnight and missed the flight also this problem repeated for my friend also please don't book from these Polo cabs

Pre-booked airport transfer 2 days before the flight. At the arranged pick up time noone showed up. I called to check, and noone picked up. It took me 3 calls to reach someone although I had 2 numbers from the company. When I finally reached them, I was asked to send pickup time and location again. We took an uber in the end. Never again

The cab was pretty great on the way to the airport. But driver was not assigned when I needed to head home from the airport. They are just like any other cab service. Hit or miss. You could try your luck and see if it works for you.

I have a good experience with polo cab.the price are surprisingly very affordable.on time pickup drivers arrive quickly and cars are neat and sanitised

Booked pickup for morning 7.45 am at least 6-7 hours before scheduled time, despite the assurance they would send the can the cab was not sen, pathetic experience, almostmissed my flight

This is the worst taxi I have ever hired. While I booked the cab, amount was different and while I dropped from the cab, they have asked more than 400rps extra. When I have talked with the concern person from this portal, his behaviour was very rude. He told me that he has intimated me about the charge before starting the cab but this was a big lie on face. There was no call/email on charges changes.

They do not send any confirmation drivers's number, car number through message. You will have to call them multiple times. They run CNG cars and you will not get space to keep your luggage as they keep a big CNG cylinder in their back side. Driver has tied my luggage on top of his car and drove. It was my big mistake to use this service.

I booked a cab to the airport and luckily the driver was on time. But when I book cabs from the airport to the city they never show up and have left me hanging multiple times.
The other negative is that they NEVER share the bill/invoice in time, despite following up many times.

Horrible service. All Toyota cars are converted to CNG, the cars are shopping while driving on first gear. Half the time the driver will be searching for CNG pumps. Not advisable If you are planning to use it for airport drop.

They do not know how to deal with customers and they do not want customers as well bcoz they have too much money. They keep on increasing the price on every call. Shame on you guys to open a company if you can’t run it well.

Cab driver cancelled the airport booking at the last minute after confirming that he is on the way. Irresponsible idiots, I would say. Never recommend to anyone.

I had a really good experience during the lockdown time. Late night I have travelled safely and it was completely safe drive and on time pick up I had.

Pathetic taxi. Booked for drop from airport. They sent a pathetic cab. AC wasn't working. Driver was very bad mannered. He was constantly driving at speed of 30 and taking detours to avoid highways. It took 2 hours for an hour's drive. Really bad quality of drivers and vehicles. Don't rely on them.

The driver was good. But the people on the phone were not even aware of the prices. They ended up changing the price after I reached the airport. Had to argue with them for 15 mins to make them understand that commitment of price means something and they cannot change the price after reaching the destination. Worst way to start the journey.

Good and reliable service, AC offer need to be validated including type of vehicle. Charges are reasonable. But bill may not be provided.

Polo Cabs. Very nice and good service, affordable price, neat and clean vehicle and drivers with uniform.on time pickups. Will refer to my friends and relatives

Driver did not the toll road but asked for extra 100 for the toll fees. Ket nagging about the ride being for lesser amount than he had expected.

Cab arrived on time. Drivers are good. Price is reasonable.
But a big pain point was that despite multiple reminders, they didn't provide an invoice which I needed for reimbursement
