Visited to resolve my query regarding Airtel Banks and it was attended and resolved with in 10 mins. Neat clean office with friendly staffs.

Very bad service, Indian government as approved and released DigiLocker documents are not accepted in Airtel headoffice @Bengaluru instead they are asking to carry original documents for any sim issues

Waste guys. No customer support. They eat up your money and then no response. Applied for Xstream Fiber for which they immediately collected payment and then I had to run pillar to post for 15 days to get it refunded. Local service providers are best

No proper information. They don't bother for customers needs. Very very arrogants. First of all in reception it self arrogance, arrogance on customers.

Bad decisions if you go with this service provider, they never register a complaint to ensure they have 000 complaints always. And to reach out nodal officer is impossible. Such as u r trying to reach out PM of any country.

Coz with out a complaint number he will not get connected and more over if you mail him he just copy and paste as if he works for BPO.

Funny guys and if you are with them, then you will enjoy it.

One of the worst customer service experience I ever had. Though it's called the main branch in Bangalore, the staff have a very limited or no information about many questions from the customers.

Worst place they never treat customers properly I visited so many times.they are still in old thinking without Airtel customers can't live.

The token system should be shown.the token allotment screen is there near the entrance but a person entering there for the first time would not know this.everything else is good

Good service point, team has improved in service over the past 2 years.it was not good earlier but good improvement

The service was quick and the problem was resolved within a few minutes. The only 1 star that I'd like to reduce is for a fact that there were in total 6 staff at each counter, however there are only 4 of them who were actively trying to solve customer's queries. The rest of them were lounging which could be corrected. This would reduce their turn around time se well.

Very bad, i am not able to operate hotstar, still its buffering, i don't know how airtel popular for fastest network, complained many time but still don't resolved my issue

Very bad service and not at all recommended. Better change to other network. Their customer service is horrible.

One Post paid number is inactivated. None can help in reactivating the number. God bless us. This service provider boasts of a very helpful network. It's user unfriendly.

Good for very basic things. Every one works in a sylo mode. No coordination between staff. No one knows the things practically. They will say something and will happen some different things. Very beurocratic attitude of staff. Monotonous, not interested and not bothered attitudes. I didn't like such attitude at work and that is the only thing that spoils everything and make a difference between a good company and a great company. I only can wish all the best.

The store is located on the road and can be easily noticed. However, the employees at store doesn't like to help always.
