Not happy with Airwire services these days. I called to help desk and inform my issue with N Kalyani but she is not able to help me and still I am facing internet issue. This issue starts from last week and still it is not resolved. Not sure how helpline people are working in Airwire as they didn’t provide solution to their customers

I have been using it for more than 2 years now. AirWire is a hassle-free fiber-to-home broadband connection with stable speed, minimal downtime and quick support. Quite happy with it.

I regret taking Internet service from them, I've paid 8k+ for 6 months, and the Internet is most of the times down and there is no proper service from their team, they don't receive your call, even from the tech support team, everyone is always giving you reasons, no co ordination between them, total complete utter waste of my money and to be very honest very unprofessional of them to an extent which actually feels like they are looting you. And don’t believe about their OTT plans, they are lying. It’s been almost a month and I’ve received none of my OTT subscriptions they promised with the 6 months pack… Bunch of sales people lying about the plans, bunch of technical people lying about the service.

Very bad connection. Every second day there's an issue. Every time after raising tickets the issue will still take time to resolve, they take more than 6hours to resolve the issue

Worst customer support! After 7pm if try to call 100times, you will not hear from them.

The internet speed is not as per the plan even though the plan is 300mbps would receive only upto 60 to 70 mbps. There are intermittent disconnection most of times during morning and evening.

Dinesh is a awesome technician from tin factory response to any query or problem even is odd time's

Speed wise good! If Internet does not work if I call to customer care they do check and fix it asap.

My overall experience is satisfactory. I'm using Airwire broadband connection from last 1 year. The service is also good whether it is for technician or customer service.
My one request to you please try to develop one application for AIRWIRE so that we all can use and have track on finger tips anywhere.
