Totally unprofessional services. Inspite of confirming booking they won't share cab/driver details. After multiple calls they will assign a cab which is like a dabba & driver is so rude, always on phone during the drive, always sleepy. Please avoid booking thru this agency. Airport taxis are available for instant booking at the airport itself.

Little costlier, but they can offer cabs at last moment also which is the best thing, drivers are also helpful

Booked a large vehicle for airport drop for my elderly parents. Driver came 45 mins early, had a chat with him and he just parked outside the house. When I came to load the suitcases in the car.shockingly found that the driver absconded at last minute without informing. When called.he said that his friend will pick up.

Replacement driver came 30 mins late (not his fault) and somehow miraculously took us to airport (Good job by this driver). Reached just 45 mins before international flight departure in full panic mode and had to rush and run with elderly travelers.

Apparently, the first car and the driver was not owned by the car company and was an independent agent. He abandoned us without informing as it would not have severe repercussions. Negative rating for that driver and the cab company for putting us in that place first. Kudos to the second driver who just managed to get us in time. Two stars.only for that driver.

Response time and Cab allocation is good, but sometimes can quality issues and non-accountable

The price is fixed from Brookfield to Airport Rs900/side. The cabs are clean and drivers are mostly good. Just had one incident when the driver was rushing bcs he had to be somewhere else. But overall a very good experience

Had a very negative experience with the executive as well as the driver. There’s no respect for the customers at all. At the end of the journey (i booked outstation) the driver asked for extra money or he won’t drop inside the campus, which i had to option but to agree since i had luggage to carry.

Never booking Aishwarya Cabs again.

I have been using Aishwarya cabs but this time they gave the worst service ever. We had booked for cab at night 3am but he denied pickup at airport saying luggage is extra for sedan car. We were stranded with 2 kids and wasted our one hour time when kids were sleepy. We then booked Uber same type Sedan car and it easily accommodated luggage and dropped us. Never expected this worst and pathetic service for Aishwarya cabs and the worst driver ever.

Worst service ever. The driver asked extra charges for toll and when denied drove slowly to the airport which made us late to catch our flight.

Very bad services. If you book a cab you never know if the driver will come or not. After waiting for 45 mins they will cancel the booking. Also the drivers are very rude to you will charge extra for toll. Pathetic service.

Aishwarya cabs are big cheaters in Bangalore.
They runs wrong way and increase the fare time, their system is also not clear to those who need to be paid and the driver will harass for confusion.

Please avoid this cab service at all cost. We had a very bad experience.

1. We booked an innvova with ac, for the entire trip the ac did not work and the hot weather outside was making life difficult. We informed Aishwarya cabs about the same, there was no help provided during the trip. After the trip ended, we asked them to charge non-ac fare since, the ac was not working, they abused us and said ac & non-ac fare both are same, so we have to pay the full amount as agreed at the beginning of the trip. They did not even reduce a single penny from the fare.

2. The left side window of the second row of the car was not coming down which made it even worse as the ac was not working.

3. The driver they have provided, was very young, had very less prior experience and was behaving like a college kid. He was video calling his friends while driving, sometimes driving rashing, he even asked us to drive in the middle of the trip because he was bored and tired. He was in his own mind for the whole trip and didn't even care about customer comfort.

Overall it was a highly disappointing experience which ruined most of our trip experience.

This is one of the most professional and affordable cab service center. The drivers were very humble whenever we booked through Aishwarya cabs. Kudos team

Worst service. Dont go for this cab booking. First they will ask you to pay an amount. On the way they will ask you to pay extra if you switch on AC, if you ask to stop. Very unprofessional and rates are also higher than ola and uber. Better to go for Ola and uber

Worst service. They charge more than ola and uber, take non toll road ask further more for roll road.
If you ask to switch on AC again more, very unprofessional

Avoid such unscrupulous cab services

They used to be good. But recently, they started charging a BOMB. From whitefield to Carmelaram, they charged me 1000 RS where the Uber or any other cab would cost 300 - 400 max. Seriously looting the hard earned money. Never ever i will book their service, neither will recommend anyone.

They lie on the fare. Nothing is clear. Don't use their services. I got cheated by them even after they had given me a breakup of fare which included the tolls. They charged extra for tolls.
