I found this hotel when searching for a place to stay with my family. I liked the ambience of the place as I browsed the photos and 360-degree virtual tour. When I called the Aishwarya Residency reception to ask about availability and price, the woman who answered was uninterested in providing me with a price quote and kept saying that there was no availability for anything I asked. Is this the proper way to respond? Do you think anyone would be interested in receiving such a pathethic answer in the future?
The worst customer service. I called the property for enquir about a group booking and the female attender doesn't have the etiquette to talk to a customer.hopeless receptionist.she say they don't take group bookings and when i asked is this they way to talk to a customer she says "yes.we talk like this". Pls don't go for this property ever
The hotel is not worth the price. It’s poorly built. Each and every appliance and switch boards are broken. The location of the hotel is very shady and is difficult to spot. I would not recommend this space to anyone. Pay a little extra and get a hotel worth living. The bed sheets and towels are torn and pathetic. The bed feels dirty to sleep on. The staff is slow, it took them 30mins to checkin. No toiletries provided.
Worst behaviour of that lady receptionist.bad communication with the customer she don't even offer us a seat and no proper response and no thanking manners towards customer and no gratitude towards customer Arrogant face of her makes us to not to visit again
Decent rooms with Hot water and TV amenities. Located in congested small road. Bit difficult to drive big cars inside. Lack of car parking facility, had to rely on neighbour hotel for parking. Walls of room are not Noise proof. One can hear noise from next room
Literally worst service everr…. I had to give one star because negative five was not an option. The hotel services are worst than one can imagine, the basic services like dental kit, hot water and water bottles are categorised as paid services that too in special double room (top charged rooms).
I had a Very bad experience at this hotel. The rooms are not worth the money they charge, They do not have a proper parking space, although in the description, it's mentioned otherwise. Management is horrible.
Rooms and bathroom are little small but best you can get in price and vicinity. It's on off road so seems little shady but hotel is good. Staff is prompt
The room is awsome and u will not regret as the hotel is near to many places such as the palace and zoo. Morning food is either idily dosa and tea milk or coffee / poori and dosa and tea milk or coffee.
Hotel is good but it is located in small conjusted road down the main road. Very difficult to travel in four wheeler as auto rickshaws were parked at start and end of street.
Got the hotel room at less cost through ibibo, for a budget plan it is more than sufficient.service also good.location is in a clumsy small lane, parking not available.
* Rooms are very clean. However, they are smaller than what they look like in photographs. * Located in a narrow lane. So getting there on a vehicle is not easy. * The rooms have beds for 2 people only, unless the room type is explicitly mentioned as 3 bedded or 4 bedded. Extra beds are charged Rs. 300, and breakfast is not included in the charge. * Breakfast is limited, and NOT free. There is no restaurant on premises. Breakfast is given at another nearby restaurant. They charge a premium for it in the room cost, and the quality is certainly not worth the cost. Better to opt for the room without the breakfast option. There are many other options nearby for breakfast and meals. * WiFi is very patchy. It is down half the time, and we need to complain to get it restored. Even when it is up, it is not accessible from some parts of the rooms. * Highly over-priced during peak seasons. Upto 3x the regular cost. Not worth staying there at that cost. * Most of the staff is polite. But there was one person at the reception who behaved very rudely with us when we complained about the breakfast.
Best place to stay but one issue is they don't offer the room what we have booked and change according to their convenience n availabilities. We need to cautious
Nothing boutique about this place. In fact it is located in a pretty nature lane wedged between two neighbouring buildings. But yeah it's a good budget hotel. Has the basic amenities - clean bathroom with the traps and geyser functioning properly and a decent bed. Worth the price I paid (had got some discount through a website)

Very good, clean and silent Hotel. Hygienic smart hotel with all facilities expect Restorant. I like this hotel and definitely i will recommend my friends.
The Hotel Room Is Really Spacious And Good. Reception Staff Was Really Helpful. Neat And Clean Rooms. Buffet Brekfast Was Good. All Staff Is Excellent, Cheerful And Welcoming
It was a nice stay at aishwarya residency i enjoyed my 4 days of stay in that hotel and the staff are very friendly and the front office jeevan he is good person he given me the sight seeing places information and he arrange the cab also smile face behavior i like visit another time i'll recommend this place to my friends and family
The room prices are very competitive compared to any other similar hotels in the area, the service was average and also no in-house restaurants in the hotel, they provide room service which the food is bought from outside and food was great for pricing but the delivery time was very bad as it took for a simple order a minimum of 1½ hour.
Good location and comfortable stay. It’s around half kilometres from KRCTC bus stand and 2 kms from Mysore Junction Railway station. I liked the neat and clean rooms. Rooms have accessories of a standard good hotel. Staff are helpful and courteous.
They also have food service and roof top seating / dining arrangements. That looks great. Keeping in view the hotel standards they have, I recommend providing complimentary mineral water to the guests because the taste of regular water here is not so great. Underground parking is also available to some extent. Overall good feedback.
Comfortable, affordable n clean stay. The staff is friendly. Its located near St. Philomena's Church. There is a 3-D painting of the tiger on terrace where we can click pics with it. Thats pretty cool. Infrastructure is nice n soothing.
Good place, slightly inside main road, rooms are good but the bathrooms are tiny, staff s polite and friendly. The rooms are very clean, only downside is the bathrooms which feel very congested
