Improve ur pharmacy facility. Waited 2 hrs. Just for a mask.visited again 13/2/2024.improve ur lab sample collection facilities. Literally feeling like government facility.

All the staff and doctors are very courteous and helping and really working very hard to make senior citizens like me most comfortable. Thank you all.

Semi Pvt rooms doesn’t have even night lamps which makes very difficult for patients and bystanders to sleep at night.hv to sleep in full tube light glare… a basic necessity which is failed by management…

OPD staff are being so much lazy n they neglect their job too much especially emergency staff if we are new n go to them even if they are not busy they will not treat us instead they will send to other doctors, they will say the name n ask us to go there. Instead they will have a group discussion to one another n never take care of us but hope they treat other nicely next time

Dr Shivaprasad is a really good Gastroenterologist. He is Kind, knows what is essential and what is not as part of the disease condition and treatment process, unnecessarily doesn't prescribe medicines, and is a life saviour for us.

I had visited health check up lounge second time on 12th Aug with my father, mother and wife for health check up, unfortunately this time it was very bad service, people sitting at reception at health check up lounge are too slow and not even listening. Not a good behavior too. Need to improve a lot.

In my case, I was admitted for implant removal surgery, and the hospital management system was really good and took care of everything from the time of my admission until I was discharged.

At least should have commonsense at hospital, who come for hospital all are in urgency.
Some one lock my vehicle even I n formed the security about parking at this site. After come they lock it it and made me waite for 40 min until I lost my timing which is very important to arrange thinks about hospital thing. Very bad and feel that and security is very round.

Canteen food was hygiencic, tasty and timley. All in all highly recommend this hospital and their services
