Worst bus ever, unhygienic blankets & bed! Trust me this is worst bus ever, 800 bucks for this is Totally waste! Charging sockets not working, so unclean! You’ll fall sick traveling in this, guys tickets are not worth for 50 rupees, worst experience traveling in this!

Someone had urinated in the seats, and the driver denies it and abuses the customers as well.never ever travel in this bus. Not even for free.

Very poor experience. Travelled Bangalore to Chennai in their "A/C Sleeper. " The ticket cost a premium (1100 Rs) but the quality of the bus is very disappointing - It's a very old bus - with traditional glass windows that don't close fully - letting in all the smoke and noise throughout the night - not at all sound proof - and a very basic suspension -that guarantees you will not sleep. (nothing close to the Air suspension Volvos that others operate at a similar price range).

I never review or rate anything on Google because I'm lazy. But this experience was so bad that I'm forced to waste my energy on writing this review, so that other people don't go through the same. You might get the tickets for cheaper but I suggest you pay 100-200 rupees extra and travel in a better bus. The driver is so rude, and was maybe drunk. 0 stars

1st bus is in very ugly and poor condition, 2nd staff was drunk and behaved rudely.they mentioned, if i did not like i should get down and walk to their office to rise complaint. Bus had rain water leaking problem inside my berth.they didn't care what I'm saying.irritating f***ing money minded.i suggest to remove this bus operator from redbus.otherwise redbus brand reputation will affect.
