Nice society with decent sized apartment units. My best friend has been staying here for more than 7 years now and she had been always appreciating the neighborhood.

Beware, If you are looking at renting a house! One of the owner Mr. Uttam asked me to pay additional Rs 2000 p.m. For car parking after taking advance for agreed rent. When asked what for, he cited society policy for maintaining car parking area. I think society has some weird rules for tenants.

Horrible Society. Flats are big and nearby to the colony market. However, society people are bad. Society doesn't necessarily mean the EC people. It means those who are not a part of EC but dominate society with their peculiar demands. They compare themselves with more prominent societies and want to implement things which is nothing but getting money from others. Larger flat owners want to pay less maintenance but want everything in this society. Restrictions for everything. No freedom to live. No humble gestures, no humanity. Nothing Nada!

Really this is the very good apartment where swimming pool and also gym party hall and play ground for kids and etc beautiful garden also available this is the best apartment

Great flats with beautiful layouts and amongst the best that I have seen in the Whitefield area. Well maintained complex with decent amount of greenery, good club house with modern amenities, large pool and play areas for kids. The only negative are the outer walls of the buildings and they badly need a fresh coat of paint; this sticks out as one enters the complex

Went there to see few apartments for buying.
1. Good society
2. However, asking price by owners on the higher side.
3.15 years old building
4. Going forward maintenance would be high.
5. Already extensive water seepage can be noticed in the outside walls of ground floor apartments. Probably it is not noticed by RWA.
6. Do not know when the buildings were painted last.
7. Pool is maintained well. So is the surroundings and common areas.
8. Feel the current monthly outgoings collected by RWA is on the lower side. Don't think it covers all the current and future contingency.
Just my views.

Good place to stay.only problem is society management is not efficient and donot resolve any issues.

Society is good, it's clean nd environment is calm and peace. Security guard is there in each blocks. There r 8 blocks all together

This is a very spacious and beautiful gated community with about 270 spacious apartments. The community is socially active and well equipped with very good amenities!

It is extremely difficult to find contacts of owners of you are trying to rent a place. There are atleast a dozen vacant houses at any given point yet the security and services managers make it impossible to get information. Best bet is to have contacts of residents.

Good Society with amenities. Pool, Gym & tennis, TT. Only Society management is somewhat rude and stubborn

Typical apartments by Akme builder. High rise and have most amenities like club house, swimming pool, underground parking, lawn, children play area and of course tight security and monitoring of people entries / exits.

Nice place to live, well built apartments, parking, gardens, swimming pool, yoga room, it has everything.

The apartment is just beside the ITPL main road but very calm and less polluted. Nice swimming pool and well maintained loans. No badminton court. Gym has less number of equipments than required.

Centrally located near graphite India signal, though the outside road is highly polluted, this apartment has it's own interiors with greenery and fresh air.

Great place to stay, with additional amenities like Pool, Dance Hall, Courts, Running track available.
The added feature is the shop on the premises which delivers direct to your home, even on credit based system.
Serene place to be with added security via double security posts is a boon.
