Akshaddha foundation is a place full of learning, exposure, fun and to explore yourself and the field. It might get exhausting in the start but once you get settled and take it up as a challenge. Trust me you won't regret. Akshaddha actually provided me with alot of exposure and provided me the chance to make myself more patient, empathetic, professional and compassionate.

I had a wonderful experience interning at Akshadhaa Foundation Vocational Unit. The staff and teachers were incredibly supportive and passionate about their work. During my time here, I got the opportunity to work closely with students with diverse needs and abilities, which was both rewarding and eye-opening. The school's inclusive and nurturing environment made me feel like a valued member of the team, and I learned so much about special education and individualized teaching approaches. I highly recommend this internship to anyone interested in making a positive impact on the lives of students with special needs.

I was fortunate enough to do a one month internship here at Akshadhaa. My experience here was quite unlike my previous internship experiences. The teachers and staff here work self lessly for individuals with special needs. They do it with integrity, passion and utmost altruism. As an intern, I recieved myriad learning experiences. The staff puts in a great effort to ensure that the interns who join Akshadhaa receive as much as knowledge as they can, instilling humanness within us, and reminding us that we should treat everyone with respect and love. I would recommend anyone to experience Akshadhaa Foundation and its programs, in whatever ways they can.

I did my internship in akshardha foundation, and I've got a nice explosure by children with neurodiversities and also got an opportunity for community visit.it was really informative and a great learning for me.

For interns a good place of exposure and a lot to learn about autistic and learning disability kids. The supervisor is also very kind and helpful. We get to observe those kids, assist them and even after certain point teach them.

Interned here for my first year of Master's in Counseling Psychology. For me it was an enriching experience in terms of gaining practical knowledge, working with autistic kids and also being able to observe occupational and sensorimotor therapy. The admin and teachers working here have been really sweet and helpful throughout.

I was an intern here for 4 months and it was a great experience for me. The children are taken care of very well and the faculty is very genuine and caring. Learnt alot from these 4 months.

I was an intern at Akshadhaa Foundation for 2 months, during which as a psychology student i required the much needed exposure to the field and working of the mental health institutions, which was abundantly provided.
Apart from that, the staff at the unit working as office staff, teaching staff, etc everyone was equipped enough to help with our queries and doubts.

It is a really good journey of mine to do my internship in this foundation. I'm really grateful to all the teacher of this school for saring their knowledge and guiding me how to handle it properly. The facilities, environment, and especially the kids (students) are very unique in their on way. And I have seen that all the teachers were trying their best to teach the students as much as possible. If I get a chance I would like to do my field work again here in Akshadhaa Foundation.

It was a good exposure for me. This is this first time I came for Special school like this. They are providing many training skills for the special children like vocational, hand functioning, Gardening so and so. I joined as an intern at Akshadhaa Foundation, it is indeed a great place for internships. I Completed 30hrs of my internship and learnt many new activities and how to deal with autistic children, they habits and behaviour. As an intern, the exposure and experience was immense at Akshadhaa. It gave me first hand experience with observation at assesments, classroom settings and programs. There were a multitude of opportunities from curating worksheets to teaching. The special educators are some of the most friendly and approachable people who were there to guide and teach me through the process. There was no restriction when it came to learning, if asked any opportunity was given. Thank you for this experience:)

So we were there for two days, observed, interact, explored, discussed and gained knowledge. This is the best experienced I I ever had.they teach autistic children how to enhance their life into a fruitful one.they have all of my respect and love.

I visited this place.this is basically a house Ii went there to admit my 24 years girl just for 3 hours a day. They are charging almost 8600 rs per month.they say it is non profit organization nd NGO.that is the reason I went.but actually they charge 150000 rs per year.when I asked why you are charging so high.they said for their sustainabiliy. These schools should understand parents burden nd bring NGO they should do some justice to society in stead they are making money out of it. Very bad experience.there are some schools like Sandesh, Divya Shanti much better than these so called NGOs.

So I was a volunteer here, and I got the chance to observe and interact with the children here, as well as teachers. These children are taught life skills, among many other things. And the pedagogy is different for each child according to their requirements, the management here is excellent, and this experience was one of a kind and something that I’ll be taking with me to the future. Akshadhaa Foundation is doing a very noble & great work, and is an inspiration.

As a student pursuing her master's and seeking a career in special education, the knowledge and experience I have gained from interning at akshadhaa has be elephantine. Akshadhaa is one place that is readily open to accept new minds and the opportunities it provides for one to explore and learn is numerous. The constant encouragement and guidance from my supervisors has helped me understand how every child is unique and how we can cater to their needs in the same unique way. The administration at akshadhaa have been very cooperative and flexible in accommodating interns and making sure we all take away a sizeable amount of learning. In the one month that I had spent with them, I have been able to nurture my skills in teaching and understanding students and the various different techniques that can be used to them. It has helped broaden our knowledge and given us a close experience to interacting with children. Despite the challenges we faced with connecting online, the enthusiasm in both the teachers and students alike gave us a boost for whatever we did. Overall, my experience at Akshadhaa has been one that is rich in learning and pleasantly motivating to further pursue this career path. I warmly thank our supervisors and the administration for providing us such an opportunity and am grateful to have worked with them.

Hello there guys, I'm currently pursuing my MSc. Counselling Psychology from Kristu Jayanti College, and as part of our curriculum, we had to do our field work for the assigned number of hours. And unfortunetly Covid-19 came in restrict us students from having any direct or physcial exposure anywhere. Luckily Akshadaa Foundation gave us the opportunity to be a prt of their organization and to learn via the online medium, which was challenging on its own, but helped us learn a lot. To be able to deal with special children in person itseld is a challenge, via online medium, it was even more challenging and it was delightfull to see how the students and teachers were interacting.

We were given exposure in terms of observing teh students and were also involved in creating worksheets and study material for the students, wherein we were able to lean a lot.

Overall, a great experience here at Akshadaa.

This a good special school for children with autism, where they give training for kids in different levels. As an internship student I could learn, how to help students with special needs, how to calm down them, and also how to teach them specific tasks so that they can enhance their skills. Overall it was a good experience being here.

Working in Akshadhaa as a intern has taught me so many new things starting from how to handle student's till how to make craft works. The staff in here are so friendly and they make sure to involve me in each activities they do. I have learned how to do work patiently without losing my temper.

My experience with Akshadhaa foundation over the 3 months of fieldwork has been amazing journey, from learning how a special need kids need specialized and individual attention. The staff at Akshadhaa was very helpful during my tenure in explaining patiently on how to deal with the kids. Throughout I could experience various therapies which is being conducted at the foundation.

I am currently pursuing my masters in psychology. I have completed three month internship in akshadhaa foundation, as psychology student and they are really doing appreciatable work. As a foundation they are doing enuremerable activities for the students, they are training and teaching the each student in their own capabilities. They are making the children more independent. And I have witnessed lots of progression in children from my first day internship.

Am a psychology masters student. In all aspects as a student as an intern and as a child psychology aspirant I got so much of exposure. Here I saw how they are training the children, how much improvement they made within this time. I got to know more about autism spectrum disorder and other childhood disabilities. I came here in akshadhaa foundation as a part of my internship. The supervisors, teachers and staffs here are very hard working and co operative. The performance and talents of the students are really mindblowing. The teachers constantly guide and help students in every activities and train them in doing their daily routines. As a student, I had a wonderful experience and wide exposure from this institution.

My experience is good. Because I learned how to interact or manage children with autism. And teachers are very helpful in akshadaa. And l learned crafting, paper works etc.as a internal.
