1. Pg is not good.the pg owners din't respond the problems.
2. In pg food is not good.thay kept today's food, next day afternoon.
3. If any issues we got in pg thay dint slove that issue.if we write in complete book means (without out checking the problem) thay write done in book.
4. The pg owner said don't tell to me problems.we din't slove your problems, if you like pg stay here, otherwise vacate my pg, like that the pg said.
5.one day I said to the pg owner.uncle food is not good, the pg owner said for your 6000rs this is quantity food I will provide.if you want good quantity food you pay double amount.like that pg owner said to me.

I am staying in PG from past 5 months, PG is very nice compared to other PGs, as per me. Food they provide is very satisfied, cleaning part is double ok.overall my experience is much satisfied. Thanks

Worst PG I ever stayed, Don't trust the positive reviews here. Those are just done by the owners or their friends. I have stayed in this PG for 8 months. The owners are rude, food is worst, cleaning never done properly, lift will be under repair 4-5 times a months, drinking water is not good, gets weird taste most of the times. My roommate got sick from drinking their FILTERED water, later we were forced to buy bottled water for drinking.
The owners are so rude that, they never listen to your concerns or complaints. The only time they talk to you is to ask for rent.
They advertise power backup, but don't trust, it is just show off.when there is no power, they just run backup for sometime and turn that off to save money.
In 8 months almost everyday I have seen girls leaving PG because of the owners behavior/response when complained about something. They just snatch the money from girls and do their business.
They are literally frauds, collect very high rent but never willing to share PAN ID for tenants to claim tax benefits. They don't accept online cash payment, and ask for extra 300 rs, telling like its GST.

If you got any choice, NEVER GO TO THIS PG, YOU WILL REGRET

PG owners are very bad, they don't the ethical values, they didn't respond the problems.

The pg owners are worst, they won't care or listen to what we are talking.
They never gave respect to the people who stay here.
They want us to behave like their slaves because we stay in the pg
They won't give advance amount even if u inform before 15 days also
I don't like the way they treat and react on complaints.
Even guests are not allowed if they stay for one hour they should pay one day rent

I Recommended One of my friend to this PG by seeing reviews and I feel the those reviews are fake and posted by themself only.
1. After joining within three month they have increased the Rent.
2. Despite increasing Rental they ignore the complaints and behavior is very bad also when you are taking food from Canteen the owner keeps watching how much we eat and have concern when we pack food for the office.
3. They even stopped doing Recharge for TV services and asking to do yourself.
4. They are charging extra Rent for the rooms having balcony but not taking care of cleaning the same.

My sister is stayed more than 2 years in this PG, Management is very friendly and kind. Good security, good food and very clean. This PG is located near to the bus stop. Best PG I ever visited.

I stayed here for about 5 months. It was a great experience. Because I'm new to Bangalore and knowing how business minded 'PG owners' usually are I was a bit scared. But this PG was awesome. Every facility that's been discussed is present and the owners are kind too. Any problem when informed will get solved within 24 hours. The food is good too and different varieties are available. Will definitely recommend this PG.

My sister is staying here since 4 months. Clean and well maintained pg located in prime location & food is good and all facilities are available like Self cooking, powerbackup, All rooms are fully ventilated, security everything is good.

Pg cleaning not doing properly they clean once in a week.
And food is very bad daily aloo in night and dal in afternoon no special items on breakfast weekdays he provide upma, poha and samiya upma.
Washing machine is not working and no place to dry cloths.
Owner just ask rent won't listen to the problem.
If we write in compliant he won't look on that book.

It's been 1 month since I've been living here. Everything's nice, the internet works fine, the cleanliness is okay in the rooms. But the major issue is Food.
For a north indian to survive in this pg with the food given, it is actually difficult. They don't make any North Indian food. For breakfast every time there's some South Indian food item, which is nice. But for lunch, they only offer rice. And for dinner, there's one yellow dal fixed, rice and chapati and curry sometimes.
They do provide buttermilk also, with more percentage of water in it.

All in all, except the food, this PG is really good. They've got big rooms, no disturbance, and a nice private environment. Fully automatic machines are also there. Purified water, toaster, hot water, everything's there. Self cooking is also an option in this PG.

Overall I had a nice stay.
Food is good on some days, other days you have to manage.
Rooms are spacious.

What I didn't like is rooms weren't cleaned daily.
There was no dustbin in rooms, the common one was always full. Waste disposal can be improved.

Worst pg experience ever happened with me by great difficulty I stayed there for 2 months for my job purpose. The person who runs pg is worst human behaves rude to all the females in pg. Spy on how much does a person eats while people are taking food to their plate. Will sit and watch until everybody gets up. And speaks in harsh way that we feel as if we are in orphanage even after paying him rent. I suggest kindly do not select this pg by mistake

I would strongly recommend this Akshara Ladies PG to anyone who is looking out for an accommodation in this part of town. They offer all the basic amenities right from a fully equipped kitchen to hot running water, WiFi, TV, washing machinee, round the clock surveillance for our safety among many others. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis which is another big plus! A special mention to the owner Amit who has been very proactive in addressing my every concern and has always been there to help if and when needed. Thank you for a great stay.
