Akshaya Convention Hall

Good place for functions, neat and clean, easy to locate, parking is limited, just beside maruti kalyani showroom.

Very few parking spots and it’s on a narrow road so there’s always traffic jam in front of the property.

The location and hall is descent, paid around 2.05L for the rent for 2 days, but be aware of the decoration and additional items that will be shown only when the date is nearer, decoration has to be done compulsorily with the guy tied up with the hall, charges hefty and not a good experience with decoration people, around 1.3L for the deco and that too for a simple decoration

Few tips before booking the hall,

Hall booking: Make sure to check for prices other places before booking.
Ask in specific details of the items that are included in the package, like
1. The white chair covers were told separate when asked, make sure its included in the package
2. Number of Sealed cylinders for cooking
3. New Locks for the rooms (not a big deal can be purchased by us)
4. Hall should have speakers and amplifier, even that is a separate package here
5. Additional pedestal fans and air coolers rent price are crazy, you can buy new ones with same rent price, 39k for 2 coolers, 2 fans, focus light and serial lights for decoration

Decoration:

Confirm the below to be included before booking, or try to get someone from outside before booking the hall

1. In detail on how many flowers or bouquets will be used for decoration of the ramp to stage, stage border decoration
2. Mantap decoration pics, exterior decoration pics
3. Car decorations to be included
4. Number of Garlands and flowers for all the rituals
5. Just get in to full detail before paying the advance

All additional items will be exposed after paying the advance so that you can’t negotiate and go anywhere else

This is all I could remember, will update this review once if remember anything

Very conjested approach, it is very difficult to reach during peak hours and approach road is very narrow

You can get reasonable price and 450 + people can sit for lunch and 60 cars can park and totally 9 rooms with ac. Less than 2 lakh it's good.

Nice Hall for wedding and even parking also available near to magadi main road.

Except for the fact that it's in the outermost part of the city the convention hall is really good.
