Horrible place to stay.it's a nightmare to be remembered with bedbugs and rats.and owner will refund advance if he likes reviews. Don't join guys

1 month prior intimation has to be given for refund of advance.i received advance bcoz of prior intimation.

We are informed advanced amount before 1 month received the amount we stayed pg for 6 month

ಒಂದು ತಿಂಗಳು ಮುಂಗಡ ನಾನು PG ತೊರೆಯುವುದಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೆ, ನಂತರ Owner ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡು ನಾನು ಕೊಟ್ಟ Advance Amount ಮರುಪಾವತಿಸಿದರು. ‌‌‌ ಉತ್ತಮ PG ಕಡಿಮೆ ದುಡ್ಡು ಮತ್ತು ಉತ್ತಮ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಇದೆ.

I stayed for 5months in single sharing. And paid one month advance and rent upfront. After leaving I get paid back my advance amount (3500) after informing one month before leaving pg.

We are stayed this pg from last 7 months and we got advance amount on time thanks for the service.

Just visitd there, they splitted rooms with plywoods and make that as new room, very small place. Dont know about food, I strongly recommend is not suitable for working professionals.

It's a very good pg i stayed in 3 sharing room and the room is good.it is neat and hygiene and pg owner is also a humble person.and we paid advance.while leaving pg our advance is repayed.

Good room with attached barhroom, it's good for accommodation, cleanliness and safer environment, best for 3sharing.

Worst pg never ever trust these man he is literally a cheater fake person never go with these pg

We (2 sharing) have stayed here for 9 months. Pg is good and satisfying. Deposit has been refunded as i have informed 1 month earlier.

If you’re searching for Single rooms with attached bathroom in Vijayanagar, then this is where ur search ends.
But to receive advance back, u need to inform one month in advance like I did.
I informed about leaving room 1 month before, then after informing while leaving room, I received my advance amount back from PG owner.

Good pg with safer environment, rooms with attached bathroom, best for 3sharing.clean and rooms price are affordable.

Genuinely speaking, the services provided by the P. G.are average but OK in such cost. One thing that a room seeker must remember is to ask the owner all terms and conditions before paying the rent. Do check all written T&C as it might happen that you have not given all the T&C of security deposit and hidden fees.

One should not be in hurry in making the rent payment and should first ask owner for their bonafide form which shall include all the T&C before taking the receipt.

Further, one should prefer written T&C over owner's mouth words as the latter might be wavering.

You will get the very good response from the owner but once you get into the PG you cannot expect anything from the owner. In case you want to leave PG with any kind of emergency you won't get the advance amount even if you informed 10 days before you won't get the advance amount back.

Worst PG I ever saw. Don't trust the 5 star ratings, owner himself made the tenants to put them. Until paying the rent and advance amount he responds nicely saying food is there, hot water is there, laundry is there, parking is there n all. After joining the conditions come. He tells food is available but it doesn't taste good so don't opt for it, hot water is there but only one hot water tap per floor, laundry place is there which means we have to go and wash our clothes in the terrace, cleaning charges extra, parking charges extra, only 2-3 bikes can be parked for the whole pg and if he ask him about the condition he tells to park bike outside nearby bank. No backup power. He won't return advance amount also.

Worst PG, just a room to stay other than that not even a single service provided by pg, dont even plan to visit here trust me

Well maintained, hygienic pg and which is situated in very good locality from where metro, bus station, all needed shops are situated nearby and very friendly owner who cooperate when needed, and while leaving advance is returned as promised as i have maintained the same status of my room while moving in and informed 1 month earlier about vacating.

Recently i visited at Vijayanagar, Bangalore. I was searching a affordable and better PG. Akshay PG is a very good PG and the people (owner) are very sweet and co-operative.
It is a better place to stay friendly environment which is much required.

It was very pleasant stay, room was very clean and maintained, location was very good as I can go near by famous places for visit, hospitality was very good.

It was a good experience staying in Akshay Pg. It was affordable and the management family has very good manners and very homely. It was a calm and peaceful stay at Akshay Pg.
