Very bad experience, the waiter manipulated us into ordering brownie chicken saying it's good and billed it at full quantity 420 rupees, even though we had told him we need half not full. Brownie chicken tasted horrible, it was hardly cooked. The waiter tricked us into ordering brownie chicken and paying full amount 420 saying Sholay kebab and lollipop taste same, take brownie chicken and brownie chicken tasted awful. Overall, average food.

Roti with chicken kolhapuri is good taste,
Chicken biryani is just ok.
Apart from that chicken dry are good.

Not as much expected from albek
Including waiter service
We are ordering something waiter providing something. Unpleasant

I ordered normal chicken briyani and they gave briyani similar to ambur worth 100rs from local ambur shop

Just came out of this Horrible restaurant. They got the order wrong and an unforgivable delay bringing it to the table. On top of that they argue that it was what I ordered.

Taste wise I would give 3 Stars.but hygiene and quality of chicken is not upto mark.the chicken is not roasted well and I saw some feathers as well while eating it! Really pathetic and not worth the money.

We should wait to get chairs, services are not good, no hygiene during serving. Good was also not upto mark and rating what I expected, better u can try empire and meghana with better service and quality

All good. But the chicken Shawarma roll lacked chicken in it it was mostly stuffed with onions & veggies! Need to improve with that!

The place and food is very good but there's a slight catch that it's too crowded on Saturdays and Sundays but if you can wait the food in here is worth it

Food will be good, price are reasonable. Famous for biryani and gravy. Always crowded resturant. You will not get sitting place, you have to wait. Weekend always crowded, people will be buying more parcels. Cleanliness is little less. Good to buy take aways from here.

If you qre looking for a best Non-vegetarian food in Bangalore you must visit Al-BEK here you will get varieties of foods and juice too and also they have showrmas and rools.
They also serve veg if you are vegetarian but i will suggest this restaurant to Non-vegetarian peoples.

Nice food as always and one of the best Al-Bek outlets keeping their quality levels high up in tact.
The price is a bit on the higher side comparing different outlets in the city.
Rumali Roti and Butter chicken is the best combo I tried the most.

Albek need to look after the preparations. Due to huge demand the quality has gone down in prepartion. But still affordable in the town compared to others.

Very less ethics or manners to the waiters. The quality of shwarma has now drastically come down with hike in price.

I have tried shawarma roll while coming back from Malleswaram, roll is okay as I have tried if jp nagar al bek that was more awesome, ambience is good.

Only bad experience was the distance is far and the food had all split over by the time the food was delivered. The packaging was very bad. I believe this has changed over the months.

You should visit this place for good authentic north indian non veg food.

Their taste is unique and elegant. But disappointed with uncooked meat with blood they given to us. Other than that it was good.

Food is good, not that great. Service needs to improve significantly. We had ordered one starter and couple of main courses. The waiter got the main course after 10-15 mins, only after asking about the starter he said that it's no longer available for the day. Also, finding parking in that area is difficult.

The worst thing happened in (Malleswaram branch). People reading this should see this. We had ordered Sholay kabab it was not warm also it was cold and I asked him to get it warm atleast and ordered a biryani rice seriously couldn't eat even 2spoons the rice was tasting very bad as we had been there at night 9pm n they had prepared it in the afternoon so I trashed them by paying for that n said Don't cheat people for the sake of money n his face got pale

The taste was good. Clean was good.
But at the Parcel counter. No one is wearing mask.

I would like to know y tandoori combo for Zomato order is not fulfilled as Stated?
It was Saturday I ordered ghee rice combo & it was awesome and with that experience I ordered tandoori combo today & the roti was way more sticky as like a rubber, rice was mentioned as biryani rice and the parcel had a normal rice & quantity was also way too less, can you kindly justify this please?

Totally waste of money. Just now we took parcel and all waste. And food was not properly cooked which is highly causes of food poison.

Good Experience with the food and sholay kabab are one of my favourites.would recommend to try it once, biryani was somewhat ok.

Food is great but little focus on cleanliness would make this place a great place to hangout. Food is excellent.

Worst experience ever. They don't care about customer service at all. We ordered Al Faham, it was not at all as expected, chicken was not tender and instead of Kubus they served Naan with that. And the Dip (attached photo) what was given along with that was spoilt, when the same was told to waiter instead of replacing it he was defending it saying it's not spoilt, they have put more garlic in that. Manager was not bothered about it. I have visited several times but this was worst experience ever. I may never visit any of the Albek resturants again and suggest others also to do the same.

One of the best mutton Biryani in town. Service is quick. Cost is moderate. Good place to eat. Variety of tandoori items available.

Good varieties. Taste is fine as well.but sometimes you may find their masala little tough on your digestive system

Great food at great prices. You get a whole lot of variety and also get a decent quantity for the amount you pay. In other words, a bang for your buck. Brownie chicken, chilli chicken, broast chicken and the Biryaani are a must try!

This is the 2nd bad experience with Al-Bek. They even don't take it seriously. On the brand name they are just running there business.

Never buy Shawarma from here. The wraps very thick and they stuff it with only onions. The worst shawarma ever!

Food was ok. I can't say that it was exceptionally delicious but it was edible, taste can be improved.
Ambience was average and service was poor, I order in which I asked to give food was completely ignored and one of the order was delayed.
Some of the dish are kind of bland in taste and feel. Like under seasoned or something.

Very Good Non-veg restaurant. Have very good varieties of Chicken items. Biryani is also very tasty. It's on the main road of Sampige road, so sufficient parking is not available. Have to park in the adjacent lanes.

Al-Bek Malleshwarm - Quality and Taste is not good compared to its other branches. Really my first visit yesterday to this branch was disappointing
