We used their service for move-in related deep cleaning and their team of 4 arrived right on schedule and was extremely professional in their work. Their communication was on-point.
After inspecting the post-work condition of the house, I was convinced that this is a team who is dedicated to their job. I mentioned a few pointers before they began the job and they took special care to tend to them.

Writing this review after taking services for 3times. I can say they are amazingly hard workers.very soft spoken.polite behaviour. Very professional approach, timly delivery of top notch quality. We had given our apartment for rent for a reputed hotel staff. They left the apartment so unbelievably dirty, we thought we'd never have it back the way it was. After going through myriads of reviews of cleaning services, we decided to use Shambhu's services and it was the best decision we took. As we were not in the country, we were a little apprehensive of how we could get it done. But Shambhu communicated well, was super professional and very prompt. He first went and assessed the property and then sent us a quote and gave us the best options. Once we decided on a date, his crew came right on time and when they were about to finish, Shambhu came to cross check and sent us videos. He also did pest control. The apartment looked as good as new after they were done. Very happy with the services! Would def recommend them and I'd def take their services again.

Edited from 5 star to 2 star post assessing the work. Originally given 5* mainly bcoz it was the need of the hour as we were away for almost an year and needed the deep cleaning urgently and was finding difficult to get one. Downgraded mainly for 2 reasons - the wet liquid waste was poured in the bin bag and kept outside, next morning it was almost leaking with foul smell and had to somehow get another bag and keep it inside also had tough time dealing with housekeeping, it would have been simpler for them to carry the liquid waste in their bucket and dump it outside. Secondly many areas were not even touched - backside of two fan blades, outside of loft there were dust and cobweb (inside wasn't even touched though I had mentioned that specifically), common bathroom window area. So not really satisfied at the end and hence downgrading my rating.

Good hard working folks. Reached on time, didn't waste time and got everything super clean. Sofa cleaning was not that great, but all other tasks were exceptionally done. They did not even ask for tips which is really good. Worth giving them a chance if you want to clean

Only suggestion for Shambhu should have arranged for 5 people. I felt sad that three people took the load of the entire house. There needs to be back up in emergency.
