Hi as I'm regular customer to Allen Solly store. I brought pants and shirt for my son 26-07-23. Which cost 7793 rupees. I tapped my card.which came reverse. And that shop person said to pay again. I pinned.the card 7793 rupees.twice amount has cut from my account if we go nd ask thy r telling stories. & Today's 30-7-23 still thy didn't refund the amount.so please be aware of this store

The service here is was really good.and especially the behaviour of Sheetal wa really good

I visited Allen Solly today to buy a blazer and the fabric texture I zeroed down, my size was not in their stock. The staff went out of their way to make several calls to other Allen Solly stores and found the stock in Sahakarnagar stores. They arranged to have it deliver using porter service within 1 hour of the purchase.

This is commendable that staff understands the customer’s need and go out of their way to help. This inclination truly is the reason they’ll have repeat customers and they’ve made one today.

I was in urgent need of a very specific sling bag that I was looking for and had no time to visit the store. So I called them on their store number listed on Google. They were super prompt to take down my number, understand my description of the product on phone (I had no product code or image of the product I was looking for - so just described it verbally), and shared with me all possible relevant options on WhatsApp. It was Ms. Shital who coordinated with me on WhatsApp until I found my exact bag! Afterward, they swiftly sent me the payment link on Paytm and handed over the bag securely to the Porter delivery guy! All in all, I had the exact bag delivered to my home - so the staff are super responsive and cooperative!

Not customer friendly.
I have been trying to shop something for an office event from past week. Visited them twice.
Once in evening when the power went off and it didn’t come back for more than 15 mins and I had to leave.
Second time, I went in broad day light on Monday 5 pm after office and they just asked me to walk out- saying the showroom is closed. Come after 1 hour.

Is it like their own dukaan or a reputed MNC showroom? ! Highly disappointed!

Good place for formal wear. 50% discount was displayed outside but hardly anything was on discount

I visited this shop 5 mins back and asked for a clothing. The sales guy in the ground floor had asked me to go to first floor for that specific clothing. Another sales guy by name 'Vishnu' (not sure about the same) stopped me and said no clothing available. I m sure that there is clothing available but the sales guy Vishnu is not interested to serve the customers. Looked like he is not satisfied working here in this store. The management should employ people who welcome customers happily and serve them which is essential for every business.

Easy to identify since it is just opposite to woodland showroom. Collections are good but the fitting is not that great. Offers also great.

Good place to shop for AS. Cutting out 1 star as they didn't have my size. Lots of verities for the skinny types.

Friend purchased on offer and when bill was scrutinized, he has been charged unfairly. Shop was not customer centric, when approached to cancel the deal.

Got a t-shirt from here, the quality is awesome. Design are simple and might not be that attractive but it's worth money as they last longer without fading color, once you choose, choose wisely and be assured that it would be staying long time with you, at least more than relationship nowadays ;-)

Management behaviour very bad. Cheering with offers, changing extra money. Not giving what they are telling.

A well maintained store in HRBR. Looks posh and clean and neat. The collections are big and they also have online store. The main problem is that they ask to purchase online from their store itself, which benefits the customer with discounted pricing and goodies. However, when we go to check and trial the cloths, we never really feel satisfied buying online.

Never to miss that their staff are extremely friendly and helpful at all times.

My one of favorite clothing center.best quality dresses are available here. And this shop is very good, they got good collections here. I love the white shirts here, you can try the dresses of your choice. Also some offers will be there based on seasons. Happy shopping.
