It's great to work at Allstate. It has good work life balance, cares about employees.

Allstate is a lovely place to work. However there are people who try mend things their way to make changes to the process which impacts a bad work environment. We need leaders not dictators.

To sum it up just remember Do your duty and disappear that's the best policy I find.

Currently I am working in Allstate.work life is verry good. I feel cafeteria can have more option.there is sports and cultural community as well as.they organise game like, football, badminton, chess, volleyball and cricket as well.

Nice company no doubt but few department or few team is not good not yo disclosure in details

U get selected or nt but their approach is very nice. HR Sumit Roy talked to me very nicely.atleast people are nt rude like other organisations. ️️

The best ever organization, will get recognised by our work, life work balanced, flexibility and the most important thing is great place for women employees to work and best leaders. It feels like actually we are in good hands.
