Aloft Bengaluru Whitefield

TBH I didn't stay there, but we had organized a corporate event. Where I found the catering was good enough. But, not only did the manager over charge us for the event, he also asked us to clean the premises and then leave.matter of fact, we didn't even create any mess over there. Crazy management

I stayed in aloft for 6 weeks.breakfast taste very good. All staff are kind. Espesialy, Taseen rahul naga always served live cooking or coffee, etc. I really appreciated to her.

Taseen, Rahul, Sharif all are very very good. They are always smiling and very good behaviour and sover. They always look after their customers with smiling face. I am personally very pleased.

Great service. Staff is genuinely interested to help and is very courteous. The Dot. Yum restaurant is very good with a wide spread of selection both - Indian and International dishes. Girija, Rahul and Sandeep do a fantastic job of ensuring all the guests are given personal attention and well fed!

Rooms and Breakfast were good, but if you're traveling at Night, you'll be confused on where the Hotel is and Staff at nights is very limited, except for these, service is good on Day.

Rooms are nice n bug, but the hotel looked a lil dark and dingy this time. Breakfast turned from good to disappointing

The hotel management is quite slow to accepting requests, but makes up for it by the wonderful restaurant staff. The food is much better than CESSNA Aloft and Biprajeet was awesome.

Reecntly visited and found it to be not maintained at all. There was bad smell all around as if it has been closed for long. Restaurants are also not matching the brand Mariott. Certainly lots of scope for improvement

We visited to the Bar at this place. Decent and less crowded. Good place to enjoy time with friends peacefully.

Service is good and food quality is good.

Pleasant hotel to stay. Clean and neatly organised rooms, the common spaces are well furnished. The location was easily accessible. Staff was polite and helpful.
Only point that can be improved is the breakfast menu. The breakfast taste was good but felt bored during the five days stay.

Loved the ambience, interiors cleanliness hygiene and the carpeted floors in the room. The rooms with windows overlooking the swimming pool is serene. The king-size bed is comfortable and cozy. The design of the room has a nice feel and is an apt use of space. The breakfast also is good. It's truly a value for money hotel and a must stay. My partner and I regularly visit this place.

I recently means on 3-5 Sep 2021 traveled to Bangalore and my stay was at Aloft Bengaluru Whitefield. Warm and cozy stay at affordable price in center of Whitefield area Bengaluru. Staff are very polite and prompt to your requirements. Neat and clean rooms, safe parking area, peaceful location. Manager front desk was really welcoming and professional and ensured smooth check in and out. Overall a pleasant experience, Ms Nikita and Mr. Biprajit was very kind and polite and concerned at Buffet Breakfast counter with all other staff as unable to mention everyone's names. Over all all staff is well trained and professional so credit goes to Training and development as well as HR department as i being HR Head profession i know how much it matters of employees behavior for business growth.
I think henceforth anytime i am visiting to Bangalore my 1st Preference will be for Aloft only. Keep it up Team you are doing great job.

I regret having my wedding here. It was a disaster in waiting.
Management: On the wedding day a pipeline in the lawn had bursted, drowning the entire lawn area. I can't imagine being such a big hotel how these silly things could happen. Can't forget walking with my feet entirely under water. We had to tell the manager to put some wooden boards so that people could walk without drowning under water.
Catering: This was the most pathetic service I have ever seen in my life. Even Dhaba walas serve better. The guys who were serving were totally inexperienced and had no clue how, what and when to serve. I had so many options on the menu but only few were served repeatedly. It came to point where I had to scold them for serving Chinese with daal.
I feel really ashamed and I regret choosing this as my wedding location, neither was I compensated. I would recommend others to choose some other place and not this.

Worst place in whitefield area, simply ruining the MARRIOTT Brand Name, AC didn’t work in middle of the night changed rooms, Duty manager very arrogant and non cooperative.

Needs Full Maintenance audit before they take in new bookings.

Fully waste of money.

Went for a family function. Food was great. Moreover, the staffs were humble. Thanks to Mr. Shashank Singh for nice hospitality.

Service of staff Shashank Singh, Nikita and Arun was very nice. Food was also good. Good for family functions.

One of the best 4 star hotel in Whitefield Bangalore, from their support staff to the food, everything was good. Highly Recommendable!

Went for a Saturday breakfast with family. For Covid times, the spread was ok, but you can order anything you are particular about and the food is good, service excellent and staff courteous. Had a great morning.

Liked · - All of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful.
- Rooms were neat and tidy, big enough for two guests.
- Breakfast was adequate
- Most of the basic amenities available in room.

Disliked · - The swimming pool is not deep enough for adults. If I remember right it's around 4ft I believe.
- Tried dining in one of their restaurants, food was good but I think they should improve on quantity for the price.
- Quite far (considering traffic) from the downtown in the IT district but there are few malls in the vicinity.

Among all the hotels in Whitefield, this one is the best I can say, place is very clean and the staff member as very friendly, and definitely, the food is also really good,

If you were to book a hotel in Bengaluru, I'd 10/10 recommend Aloft Whitefield. Everything else is at par with any other 4-5 star hotel. But the thing that sets this hotel apart is the behaviour of the staff. Such wonderful people, I tell you! So yeah. If you have the flexibility of booking a hotel anywhere in Bengaluru, or if you are planning to stay around Whitefield, Aloft is the move!

Located at remote place, ambience is below average, Poor parking lot.no lift from basement parking.maintenance is very bad

Beautiful hotel and very spacious with lots of amenities.cool staffs.lots of options for foods. Try their spa, body raaga wellness spa, Very nice experience overall.love to visit again.

Its only First night here. So far good service, clean and well maintained rooms and Its too early to give any decision. Will stay for some days. Will share my experience and feedback

Nice ambience with ample space for organising the cultural events of any company it can accommodate upto 2,000 people at a time with a wonderful ambience.
Well prices are bit expensive but of average taste.
But only disadvantage is its location its quite for from public transport and difficult to get cabs also.

I attended a corporate event that happens in backyard garden. As of facility n service is good, Place is completely suitable for big event for like 1+K crowd.

Stayed for 3N with my family, the staff was very courteous. Very Impressed with their service and would definitely stay again.

However I would suggest the following:
1) Very Limited Menu in Room Service Menu, try increasing the number of items.
2) Some Veg and Non-Veg dishes trays were kept just next to each other in the same buffet warming tray.
It was a problem for a Pure Veg family of ours.
3) We stayed during the Christmas vacations when the occupancy was very low, so we would have preferred a Room Upgrade.

The bar guys don't know how to behave. Bar manager Magesh doesn't know how to talk to customer and showing rude behavior to the customer. We don't have rating below one if not I would have given that. I will never refer anyone to this hotel in Whitefield.

Didn't like the ambience, niether the starters were good, also in drinks much variety was not available

Neat hygiene spacious all 3 parameters defines the compliment of tht hotel.we had attended engagement of my friends on 29th Dec 2018.the food was the digestive enzyme work.oil less n tasty.but expensive

Nice big lawns with ample parking facility. Good for hosting family or business functions. Food quality was ok, not sure if they have catering monopoly

Attended a party at the open area of Aloft. Its behind the hotel main building with enough space to accomodate 1000 people. However, no washrooms available for the open area. Need to use Reception area for the same.

Such a great place, not crowded at all with various food options.

Very nice stay. Comfortable rooms. On the side of luxurious. My room had a good pool view. It was quite and I like it that way. Couple of restaurants in the place. The spread was a little thin for veg and kinda single dimensions over the couple of days. Had free breakfast and most importantly office transfers within the Whitefield area which is good. Will I stay there again. I would say - probably yes!

Spent 2 horrible nights room no 530 by sleepless for loud music & singing inside room till 5am in morning next to my room.surprised how authority allowed to do so.without keeping in mind other boarders in hotel? !

Very poor service. I found them very slow to take order and serve it. It seems they have less staff members to attend the guest.

The Aloft is a decent hotel situated near ITPL And Prestige Shantiniketan in whitefield. Given the proximity with the tech parks the crowd is mostly corporate crowd which comes over. There are numerous corporate parties organised for various corporate events and meeting and they have open area for DJ and Buffet area. The food is nice specially the morning breakfast buffet. Overall a happening place with overflowing in house restaurants and corporate scenes.

Apart from starter, Not satisfied with taste of other items in corporate buffet. Also aloft not allowing to play hindi songs from many companies like tseries, yashraj banner.etc.provide excuse of copyrights
